Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The tenants have access to a rowing boat and a sauna in the sauna house on site. We offer pure nature and tranquility, no traffic, the location by the water is unique. Our house is particularly suitable for families and groups.

My house is quiet and interesting right by the dune forest. The beach is about 5 minutes walk through the forest. The house is built in 2002. A parking space is right by the house. We rent 2 apartments. Apartment Seagull is located on the upper floor and has a balcony with seating. The kitchen is as shown in the pictures, equipped with everything you need for cooking on holiday, only you need to shop yourself :)

Family holiday home on the Baltic Sea

From our house it is only a few a hundred meters to the beach. The house offers a lot of space on 100 m². There are many of the pine trees typical of Lubmin on the property. To the south, the garden is very sunny and protected from the wind. The house is located on the second line, so it is very quiet. Shopping is only 5 min. by walk. Just so close is the large playground on the promenade.
