On the first floor of the house, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds. Cozy garden with many beautiful flowers, new terrace and greenhouse. Walking distance to Dagli'brugs, paddle track, playground, bowling, fitness and beautiful nature. It is only 5 km to Lohals, where there is a cozy harbor environment, fine restaurants, cafe, bakery, crafts, ceramics, groceries.

Bindingsværkshus i lille Lejbølle by. Kom tilbage i tiden med masser af patina og lavt til loftet. 3 brændeovne for hyggens skyld det er ikke varmekilder (der er varmepumpe). Bag haven er lukket,grill, bålplads og gammelt smedie jerns komfur til pynt. Der er spil og musik anlæg (AUX stik Iphone er der). Huset har 55” fladskærm og wi-fi alle senge er Hæstens senge, minimum Superior. Jeg har flere huse på Langeland men det her er ubetinget det hyggeligste med en fornemmelse af “gamle dage”.

Upstairs, there are 6 bedrooms. Facilities include: Billiards in the henhouse, grand piano, toys, espresso machine and a huge garden with fruit trees and berries. Guests are responsible for their own final cleaning. Electricity consumption is charged at DKK 2.30/kWh (about DKK 40-50 per day for normal consumption).

There are two living rooms - a relatively small cozy living room downstairs - and a larger living room upstairs - both with TV - also a shelter in the garden..

Newly renovated terraced house located in quiet surroundings 200 m from Svendborgsund. A cosy three bedroom house set in an old orchard, close to the local beach. Downstairs, my place has a large living and dining space with a near new kitchen that looks out onto the enclosed garden. The second floor has three bedrooms with a view of the surrounding fields and forests. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
