The nicest summer house a few meters from the sea

Cottage for rent We have decided to rent out our beautiful cottage located on Grasten on the island of Thurø, which has a permanent connection to Svendborg. 200 meters from the cottage is the tourist ferry Helge, and with it you can sail all the way to Svendborg city. The house is 74 m2 and consists of a kitchen-dining-living room, 1 bathroom, entrance, bedroom, children's room and a rest area with a sofa bed. Large south-facing wooden terrace with garden table/chairs and barbecue. The house is located right next to Svendborgsund. In fact, there are only 10 meters down to your own beach and your own jetty, from which you can take a nice dip, catch crabs, collect stones and play, build sand castles, only the imagination sets limits. After various beach activities, you can enjoy a shower under the house's outdoor shower, which has both cold and hot water. The view is absolutely phenomenal with a view of Langeland, Tåsinge (Valdemarslot). At sea, there is always life of sailing ships and boats, as our house is located right at the entrance to Svendborg. In addition, many birds, porpoises and seals are seen. Everywhere is green and peaceful, no noise from cars, only birdsong to break the silence. There are large forests a walk away. If you are interested in fishing, you can catch flatfish, trout, etc. from the jetty. We have two kayaks and two children's kayaks that can be borrowed. Life jackets for children and adults are also available. We also have a beautiful Finnish sauna in wood, built by real Finns who even brought wood and a stove from Finland. Enjoy a dip in the sea and then experience the warmth of the lovely sauna. There is room for 1 family of max. 4 people. You must bring your own linen, towels, dishcloths, tea towels, etc. We have no TV, but lots of board games 😉 Wifi is available. Facilities: Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, electric kettle, fridge + freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster. The house is heated with electric heat, in addition to a wood pellet stove. The price is exclusive of electricity consumption. Electricity meter is checked on arrival and departure and paid via mobile pay to no. 60619449 or in cash. Everything must be cleaned up/emptied and then cleaned by a cleaning company.

The open fireplace is the heart of the home - a perfect gathering place. Outside, a large terrace awaits, capturing the sun's rays from morning to evening. It's the ideal place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The area invites long hikes, where the silence is only broken by the many sounds of the forest.

Svendborg, South Funen, Denmark

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful vacation apartment. Ideal location if you want to explore South Funen. You will be close to a good beach, Øhavssti and Svendborg. There are shopping opportunities in the village of Skårup - and Svendborg is only a 10-minute drive away. The apartment overlooks green fields, and from the two terraces you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises and end the day with a sundowner when the sun sets.

Whether you arrive to our cottage from the sea in your kayak, are trekking by the Archipelago Trail (Øhavstien) or have come by car and have walked the few hundred meters with your luggage in the trolley available at your disposal, we are sure, that you will find this location breathtaking. Fra 1. maj, mod merbetaling 150 DKK, desuden mulighed for 2 personer i Stingray telt udspændt mellem store træer ved siden af hytten. Spiseplads for 2 i hytten. Om sommeren ved 4 gæster er der spiseplads udendørs eller i orangeri 10 m fra hytten.

Velkommen til et særligt sommerhus med havudsigt, privat badebro og naturskønne omgivelser. Nyd solopgange, ro og afslapning på terrassen med panoramaudsigt. Start dagen med en dukkert, eller gå en stille tur langs stranden. Max 4 personer Rolig beliggenhed ved vandet Privat badebro Terrasse med panoramaudsigt Strøm afregnes efter faktisk forbrug. Elbilopladning indgår i forbruget (4,50 kr/kWh via Airbnb).

BISSERUP Ældre sommerhus med romantisk touch beliggende i idylliske Bisserup på Sydsjælland. To soveværelser med fire sengepladser. Fint køkken med det mest nødvendige. Lille badeværelse med brus. Hyggelige terrasser hvoraf en er overdækket. Bemærk at vi ingen rengøringsgebyr har, og derfor ønskes huset rengjort ved udtjekning.

Newly renovated cottage at Hesselbjerg by Ristinge with outdoor wood-fired hot tub, sleeps 8, 300 meter to the best beach on Langeland (and Funen), 15 mbit internet, pets allowed. Hosts speak English (fluently) as well as Danish (native). For rentals less than 4 nights there is a fee for usage of the outdoor hot tub.

Boligen har super hurtigt internet/bredbånd (1000 mbit), så huset er ligeledes yderst velegnet til hjemmearbejdsdage mv.
