Granny apartment on the outskirts of Wangen/Allgäu, right on the meadow, only 15 minutes' walk to the old town. In the basement, but with daylight windows. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 kitchen-living room, 1 bathroom in the hallway. Very quiet. Parking directly on the street (dead end) in front of the house. Wi-Fi, TV. Southeast terrace in front of the house. Only 20 minutes to Lake Constance by car. Also ideal as a base for skiing, hiking, e.g. Zürs/Arberg 1:15h (110km) / Golm 1:00h (93km) / Oberstaufen 0:30h / St. Gallen 1:00h.

In iconic - KONZEPT FLIEGER - a small cool apartment with its own entrance (formerly: backstage), separate toilet, separate shower + small kitchen on the first floor, then down to the basement, past storage room - a summery cool bedroom (15 m²) with light shaft window. Double bed (240/180), TV, LAN/WLAN. (Pictures) No pub operation anymore, but with discreet staff access at events. In the overall concept, it can be coupled with a pub loft (max 5 people)+2 Tinys (max 3 people) in a wonderful beer garden

Ravensburg (5 km) with 50,000 inhabitants invites you to go shopping and visit various sights. Very popular with children is the attraction park Ravensburger Spieleland (11 km). Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

Die Gästewohnung mit Blick auf das angrenzende FFH-Gebiet befindet sich in unserem Haus in einem abgetrennten Bereich (Schallschutztür) mit separatem Eingang. Ihr kommt per Code jederzeit in die Wohnung und schließt sie mit dem Code ab. Das Zimmer und Bad haben Fußbodenheizung bzw. Kühlung im Sommer. Ein Babybett (120x60 cm) sowie ein Hochstuhl sind auf Anfrage vorhanden. Die Sauna kann dazu gebucht werden (25€ für einen Slot, ca. 3-4 Stunden inkl. Saunatüchern).

Charming clean holiday flat in the middle of green

Beautiful cosy small holiday apartment 35 sqm in a really quiet location at the western gate to the Allgäu. Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

The bright 2.5 room apartment has been newly renovated and lovingly furnished in an ethno-retro style. In the living room, there is a cozy sofa bed with mattress (140•200). On the shelf you will find many German, English and Turkish books and games that serve as entertainment. In the heart of Lindau, separate, private living area

The accommodation offers you a room, two beds, table, chairs, a closet, as well as a kettle, tea and more. The bathroom has a large sink and a walk-in shower. Shampoo and towels are of course available. The toilet, bathroom and room are together and are a separate unit just for you. A large glass front with glass doors opens up a view of the countryside. Die gemütliche Wohnung eignet sich für Urlauber oder auch Dienstreisende. Zur Stadt Ravensburg mit ihren vielen Türmen sind es mit dem Auto bzw. mit dem Bus nur 10 Minuten . Die Bushaltestelle ist fußläufig in drei Minuten zu erreichen. Ebenso gibt es eine Bäckerei und kleinen Supermarkt , der auch regionale Produkte anbietet.
