An approximately 80 square meter and bright apartment awaits you: with fitted kitchen (including dishwasher, electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee maker); large living room with TV and a dining area and a covered balcony; large bedroom with double bed and single bed (if necessary also a baby travel bed); small bathroom with shower and toilet. Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

Welcome to Alpaca Vacations in Wiechs am Randen (Tengen). Take a break with a view. Enjoy a wonderful view over the Hegau to Constance and beyond... The studio is fully furnished and has a small kitchenette with double stove and fridge. Our alpaca farm is located at 680 m, very central for excursions to Switzerland (Schaffhausen approx. 15 min, Rhine Falls approx. 20 min), the Black Forest (approx. 15 minutes) or Lake Constance (about 30 minutes).

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

The apartment is in a rural area and is in the immediate vicinity of hiking trails, forest, cross-country skiing and ski slopes. The apartment is located in the attic of a two-family house. It is newly renovated. The bathroom invites you to relax with the large rain shower. In the fully equipped kitchen, nothing stands in the way of self-catering.

Long-term guests up to 3 months are also welcome to welcome you. A place where you just feel really comfortable!

This apartment is comfortable and newly furnished, is 60 m² and is located in a quiet residential area on the southern slope of Gailingen. The apartment has a large living/bedroom which is extended to the south side with a terrace. The entrance, access to the terrace and the bathroom are at ground level and therefore also suitable for people with walking difficulties. The toilet seat is also elevated and the shower has no step.
