Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

In the middle of the hip and trendy Potsdam-West, between Havel and Sans-Souci, within walking distance to the historic city center, our Mediterranean-style oasis is located on the lovingly designed rear courtyard. In addition to cool beach bars, the nearby Havel also offers swimming facilities and a beautiful water hiking trail. Once around the corner you are in Sanssouci and enjoy the spacious park with its castles, fountains and historic buildings. The University of Potsdam is also nearby.

The first floor has underfloor heating, pleated fabric on each window and electric shutters. Coffee (fully automatic) and tea included.

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

The half house at Caputh Castle, the lower one

Relax in this special and quiet place. The ground-floor apartment with about 70 m2 of living space opens up via a wonderful veranda overlooking the adjoining garden and the castle garden. You enter the house at ground level via a country house kitchen, which leads over three rough wooden steps into the open living and dining area. The separate bedroom forms a quiet retreat.
