This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests, however 2 to 4 is more comfortable with the space available. You have access to your private Jacuzzi and our heated outdoor swimming pool (April - October) There are many mountain-bike and hiking trails in the area and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB to try these out. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Our cozy, rural home, located in the Bocholt, provides space for 10 people. There is a fully fenced garden with all kinds of play options for the children. Adjacent there is a heated open terrace. We have an indoor playground and an outdoor climbing and climbing path. This allows them to enjoy themselves with us both indoors and outdoors. And then there is still room for cross-country with the various go-carts, bicycles, etc. that our lodging has available.

The white town of Thorn or Maaseik are also worth a visit.

We offer a granny apartment in our house in Gillrath with its own entrance in the countryside and yet a few minutes by car from the city of Geilenkirchen with very good bus and train connections to Aachen, Düsseldorf and Cologne. In the village of Gillrath is the historic steam train station. There are many opportunities for cycling, hiking and excursions. Several recreational areas are nearby, as is the Dutch border.
