Ons huis staat op een prachtige plek, op park Posterbos. Gelegen aan de rand, met een grote tuin met veel privacy op het zonnige zuiden. Het huis is recent compleet vernieuwd, waarbij onder meer een nieuwe, grote keuken is geplaatst, nieuwe badkamer én vloer. Het huis is voorzien van sfeervolle Philips HUE verlichting. Uniek is de grote glazen pui aan de achterzijde. In de huiskamer leidt een trap naar de vide met een boxspring. Aan de voorkant is een tweede slaapkamer met een 2-persoonsbed.

The shared living area features a seating area, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are furnished with single beds, and the bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink.

Fijn compleet gerenoveerd vrijstaand gastenverblijf in het pittoreske vestingstadje Stevensweert. Het huisje heeft een eigen ingang met een ruim terras. Er zijn talloze mogelijkheden om te wandelen in het aangrenzende natuurgebied. Voor fietsliefhebbers is er de knooppuntenroute die zich vlak langs de woning bevindt. Op 20 km afstand bevindt zich Designer Outlet Roermond. Ook een bezoek aan Thorn is absoluut de moeite waard en natuurlijk niet te vergeten Maastricht op 40 km afstand.

From the front door you are already within 300 m in a beautiful nature reserve for a walk along the mill lake. Een smakelijk kerstontbijt op 1e Kerstdag. Tip: bezoek een avond/nachtmis op 24 december. Struin langs 1 van de kerstmarkten in de directe omgeving. Aachen is 40 min van ons verwijdert. Of even helemaal niets en geniet van het landleven in de winter. Hopend op een beetje sneeuw.

The house was completely renovated in 2023. The house is located in the holiday park Porte Isola, and in the nearby area, you can enjoy hiking and biking. And of course a paradise for water sports enthusiasts with a boat rental in the park.
