Make new memories in this one-of-a-kind and family-friendly space. Here you live in a rural setting with walking distance to central Mariefred. The house is from late 1800 with a lot of charm. The house is on two floors with kitchen and two dining areas and large living room. 3 bedrooms , each of one is with sofa bed. To the house there is a large plot of land with lovely greenery in spring and summer. Two-level terrace with a south-facing dining area and lounge sofa. Trampoline, swing and sandbox on the grounds.

New Villa Sanda spa orangery

A new Villa Sanda. This house is located high overlooking Lake Mälaren and the area's beach to which you have access. Large plot with large terraces around the whole house, Spa, Orangeri here there is also a sauna. The house is 200 sqm and has a large terrace with lovely evening sun and a view of the water, directly from the kitchen and 2 balconies. Strängnäs Centrum about 10 - 15 minutes away. Large living room that is open to the kitchen with brilliant views towards the water. Absolutely the best option, most welcome.

Turn of the century villa by Lake Mälaren own jetty, beach.

Are you a party looking for a rural home by Lake Mälaren, which has private beach and large areas with all the amenities available? Villa Gurli was built in 1912 and in the last year has undergone an extensive renovation to regain its former glory. With a private jetty/boat place, it is also possible to get here by boat. The accommodation is about 1 hour by car from Stockholm on beautiful Selaön, with proximity both to nature and rich wildlife. About 15 minutes away there are both Strängnäs and Mariefred.

Beautiful holiday house with own boat near lake!

Only about 200 meters from lake Skundern, we find this cozy red cottage of approximately 40 sqm. It has a large sun terrace where you can enjoy life and then head down to the lake where a rowing boat can be used. The house is situated on a large plot with a private entrance and views over fields and meadows. The distance to Stockholm is around 110km and Nyköping about 50km (Skavsta Airport). So you are close to everything and have the opportunity for everything from recreation to explorations!

Ekbacka Lake house - Cabin with lake view

Newly built modern cabin in the woods with amazing lakeview. The house was built in 2020 and is located on a hill near Lake Mälaren just 1 hour from Stockholm. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have black out curtains so that the bedroom gets completely dark. 1 bathroom with a toilet and 1 guest toilet. There is also a newly built sauna.A large living room / kitchen with an amazing view through the large windows. Parties are not allowed.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende i ett härligt öppet och soligt läge. Huset är modernt, bara 4 år gammalt och har de mesta bekvämligheterna. En nybyggt vedeldat bastuhus med plats för 8 personer och en stor relax, en soluppvärmd dusch, bara några steg bort. 8 st cyklar, 3-5 växlade, i gott bruksskick. 8 hjälmar Vi har sammanställt i vår folder, diverse promenad/cykel vägar i vår närhet Nära till butik, mindre stad och endast 1 timme till Stockholm med bil eller tåg

Fullt utrustat familjehem beläget i vackra Mariefred med Mälarnära läge. Ni når Stockholm med tåg på 38 minuter. På 15 minuter cyklar ni in till Mariefreds pittoreska stadskärna med golfbana, mataffärer, butiker& restauranger. Barnvänliga kvarter, bara ett par hundra meter från den gemensamma badplatsen med strand och brygga. Trädgårdstomt med uteplats. Från allrummet nås den stora läckra takterrassen varifrån Mälarens glittrande vatten kan skönjas. Lekplats finns i området.

Welcome to the south wing of Ekholmen Castle, which was built in 1632. Here you can sit out on the terrace and enjoy nature and your company. Adjacent to the property is a large English garden. The 150 square meter apartment is on the ground floor with your own entrance right out into the garden. The apartment above is empty, so you live in the house yourself. If you think farming is fun, the farm is 100 meters away and there is always the opportunity to help us feed the cows.

Spacious house 1 h from Stockholm

The newly renovated house from mid 19th century is located 12 km north of Malmköping. A medium sized lake for swimming and fishing is available 500 mtrs from the house. Rowing boat is available. There are a variety of nice places to visit and sightseeing nearby such as Gripsholm with the historic castle dating back to the 16th century. Moose, deer and other wild animals are abundant in the forests as well as blueberries, cranberries and mushrooms. Stockholm is 80 km away.
