Fully equipped house of 180 sqm built in 2016 in charming, older style where kitchen and social areas are on the ground floor and the four bedrooms downstairs. From the kitchen, you can reach the balcony on the upper floor, and there is a glassed patio below it. 2 bathrooms and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and drying closet. The forest where you find wild strawberries, blueberries and mushrooms are behind the house and in front you have a view of the lake and pastures. Below the house there is a swimming area. Rowing boat is included in the rental rate. Dogs welcome in this home.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Welcome to stay at our farmhouse! Take an evening swim in the lake, a sup trip or enjoy a cup of coffee on your own deck with the company of the sheep (seasonal). Stroll around the surrounding Sörmland forests or take a canoe ride on the lake. In winter you can bring ice skates and take a trip out on the lake or swim in the ice and then warm up in the sauna.
