There is a lake within a 5-minute walk from the property, and there is a forest right behind the property, which is good for a walk, and you can meet a small farm with sheep, horses, and chickens on the promenade. There are restaurants nearby, and there are loppis shops and coffee shops. The accommodation is located on the edge, so it is quiet and not disturbed by anyone. You can use the karaoke room with a swimming pool, sauna, and Bluetooth microphone. It is located about an hour from Stockholm Central.

Island accommodation

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. Located on an island in Lake Mälaren with its own heated pool, large plot, wood-fired hot tub, air conditioning, etc. 5-minute walk to the beach. Large house with the option of 2 guest cottages if there are many of you. Fishing is allowed. Space for up to 12 people in total. You get to the island with the owner's help, a boat trip of about 5 minutes. The boat can accommodate 5 people at a time, and life jackets are available. Parking is available next to the jetty. The island is car-free.

Lilla Gröna huset

Welcome to cozy Mariefred and our green little house! The guest house is 30 sqm, newly built and centrally located 100 meters to the lake and a few minutes walk to Mariefred's city center. The guest house has its own patio and barbecue, but guests can also enjoy a swimming pool, jacuzzi and a larger terrace shared with the large main house. When we are not at home, you have free and completely private access to all the facilities. When we're home, we're happy to let guests have private time in shared spaces.

5-bed summer house with pool!

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende på en ö i Mälaren. På tomten finns det uppvärmd pool. Inne i huset finns det luftkonditionering m.m 5 minuter till en badstrand, fiske är tillåtet. Du kommer ut till ön med hjälp av ägaren, en båtresa på ca 5 minuter. Gratis parkering finns i anslutning till bryggan på fastlandet. Från bryggan på ön kör ägaren upp er och bagaget till huset med fyrhjuling och släp. Djur och natur inpå husknuten och ingen biltrafik på ön.

Stor familjevänlig villa, helt nytt kök (2026) med alla bekvämligheter. Gott om umgängesytor utomhus på det stora trädäcket med grill, pizzaugn och såklart den stora uppvärmda poolen. Stort matbord och en loungeyta med darttavla. I trädgården finns studsmatta och pingisbord. Beläget i lugnt villaområde med promenadavstånd ner till stan, slottet, ångtåget och hamnen. Här bor en familj med två vuxna och 3 barn mellan 7-15, behandla vårt hem som det vore ditt eget :)

Charmig enplansvilla med pool

Bo i denna charmiga enplansvilla med Mälaren runt hörnet och poolen utanför dörren, 1 timma från Stockholm med bil eller buss/tåg. Efter en god natts sömn i ett av dom 3 sovrummen följt av ett morgondopp i poolen så avnjuts frukosten bäst på glasverandan. Därefter finns de mycket att upptäcka i denna sörmländska idylliska stad, här finns allt från handelsträdgårdar, loppisar, en sommaröppen glasskiosk, badstrand till ölbryggerier och historiska slott.

Härligt ombonad husvagn vid vägs ände med naturen in på knuten. Egen uteplats med grill och tillgång diverse lek som boule, kubb m.m. Badplats finns 5 minuter bilresa bort och pool kan nyttjas efter överenskommelse. Djur finns att kela med; hund, katt, höns och hästar. Båt, kanadensare & cyklar går att hyra. Ridning oavsett tidigare erfarenhet kan bokas samt honungsprovning.

Välkommen till ett modernt boende med vacker utsikt över Mälaren. Endast 15 minuter bilresa till Strängnäs centrum. Denna villa erbjuder upp till 4 sängplatser. Det finns gott om utrymme vid sällskapsytor både inne som ute. Solen kan du njuta av från morgon till kväll på den 350 kvm stora terrassen. Villan är modernt utformad med smakfulla möbler.
