Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. Close to Globen, Avicii arena and 3Arena (walking distance 25-30 minutes or 3 stations by subway), Mässan. Several restaurants nearby and a well-stocked grocery store. 5-10 minutes to Svedmyra subway station and several bus connections, (10 minutes to Södermalm and 15 minutes to T-centralen and Old Town).

A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) Equipped kitchen The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

Welcome to a detached mini house located in Älvsjö. From here, you have walking distance to the Älvsjö Fair and to buses and commuter trains that take you into Stockholm city in ten minutes. The house is furnished with a 120 cm bed. Kitchenette with stove, microwave and refrigerator. Basic kitchen equipment/porcelain. Toilet/shower. There is access to a washing machine during longer stays, as agreed.

After all sorts of adventures in the nature reserve, a paddle, fishing or skating trip on the lake, or a swing into the city, you can come home to this cozy little house and enjoy the lake view and tranquility. Maybe you let the stress run off in the sauna or hammock followed by a swim or a nice outdoor shower. Here you are close to nature and the city at the same time.
