A large apartment with plenty of space to chill and feast in the living area awaits you. Two large bedrooms with blackout blinds allow you to sleep peacefully. Ideally suited for hiking enthusiasts and water lovers in a forest and water-rich area. A very clean lake 800 meters away invites you to swim in all seasons. Not far away is Tropical Island, the Spreewald, Lake Scharmützelsee with Bad Saarow and the Polish market in Slubice. Hunting and fishing facilities are also available.

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. For relaxation after an exciting day, there is a sauna at your disposal where you can relax.
