The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.

Well suited for bike rides and walks, as well as excursions in the surrounding area. Culturally, the area also has plenty to offer, such as the Schiller city of Marbach, or the Baroque city of Ludwigsburg with its castle.

A bus stop to the city center and to Ludwigsburg train station is a 2-minute walk away. From Ludwigsburg train station, trains run to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. The journey time is about 15 minutes.
