One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the holiday apartment Waidacherhof-See is located in Prags/Braies in South Tyrol. Natural materials, rustic old wood, contrasting stone, cozy felt and loden are among the main components of the apartment. The 53m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and satellite TV.

Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, in a 17th-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with fireplace and large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. The Apartment 22 liegt im Zentrum von Pfalzen, drei Kilometer von Bruneck entfernt, in ruhiger Lage und bietet eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf die umliegenden Gebirge. Das Apartment ist ideal für Paare, für Familien und für Geschäftsreisende. Es umfasst neben einem Schlafzimmer, ein separates Bad, einen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich sowie eine Panorama-Terrasse. Das Skigebiet Kronplatz wird über die naheliegende Bushaltestelle (150m Entfernung vom Apartment) erreicht.

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!

Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the holiday apartment Alpen Living 1st Floor Small is located in Cadipietra/Steinhaus. The 40 m² property consists of a living area with a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating and a TV. Furthermore, a shared sauna is available on the property. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Rindlereck

Our apartment is about 70 square meters and is a 5-minute walk from the center. Break away directly from the house into nature for a walk, hike, or Nordic walking. 5 minutes by car and you reach the Kronplatz (ski resort). The local tax is €1.75/night/person and is required upon arrival. From January 1, 2024, the local tax in Bruneck will be €2.50/person/night.
