In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street on the 2nd floor of a two-family house in Güterfelde. One parking space available for free in front of the house (public area). The small village belongs to the municipality of Stahnsdorf and has a swimming lake and excursion opportunities. To Potsdam to the Dutch Quarter - 13 km, to Sanssouci - 14 km and to the main train station - 12 km. To Berlin (main station 27 km; Brandenburg Gate 26 km; airport 32 km). It is recommended to arrive by car.

Welcome to our lovingly and tastefully furnished, quiet basement apartment (approx. 60 m²). Supermarkets and a bus stop are within walking distance. Parking is free. The apartment was recently renovated. The kitchen, floor, washing machine, mattresses and bed are new. The living and sleeping areas consist of one large room (45 sqm) and can be separated with a full-length curtain. The apartment is not suitable for very tall people, as the ceiling is a bit low.

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. The accommodation is simply furnished and offers a bedroom (double bed), a kitchenette (stove, sink, coffee), small bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) as well as other sleeping options on a couch (1.20 cm wide) downstairs on the first floor.
