Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs, there is the bedroom with a single bed and a king-size bed. We live next door, so there's no problem with keys. The time of arrival doesn't matter either. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Free parking, including for lorries. Pets welcome.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street on the 2nd floor of a two-family house in Güterfelde. One parking space available for free in front of the house (public area). The small village belongs to the municipality of Stahnsdorf and has a swimming lake and excursion opportunities. To Potsdam to the Dutch Quarter - 13 km, to Sanssouci - 14 km and to the main train station - 12 km. To Berlin (main station 27 km; Brandenburg Gate 26 km; airport 32 km). It is recommended to arrive by car.

This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich saniert. Küche, Boden, Heizungen, Waschmaschine und Matratzen/Bett sind neu. Der offene Wohn-/Essbereich kann mit einem durchgehenden weißen Vorhang vom Schlafbereich getrennt werden. Die Wohnung ist evtl. für sehr große Menschen nicht geeignet, da die Decke etwas niedrig ist.

A large terrace facing south can be reached directly through the living room. Transport connections to Berlin are within walking distance in about 15 to 20 minutes, shopping facilities are several in the vicinity. Please read the house rules.
