Our charming apartment with horse views is located in the heart of our farm in our residential building, which is in an idyllic secluded location (with a neighboring farm next door) only 1.3 km from the north shore of Lake Großer Brombach (Allmansdorf). The spacious veranda (8 x 3 m, absolutely barrier-free), which invites you to enjoy the sunrise and from which you can admire the horses that run past here several times a day, is the highlight of this apartment... The apartment is completely barrier-free.

The property is located in a beautiful and green environment in a multi-family house. Four to five people can comfortably enjoy all the advantages of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. I rent out a 60 m² apartment with 3 rooms for 4 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a solid wood house built in 2016 at the end of a cul-de-sac (no through traffic). Kitchen amenities include dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and Senseo as well as coffee pods, tea and spices. In the bathroom (with shower & toilet) you will find fresh bath and hand towels as well as a hairdryer. Chairs and a table are available for the outdoor area.

Newly refurbished premium top floor flat near the historic city centre of Hilpoltstein. It is close to parks, lakes, supermarkets, restaurants and dining. The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored.
