Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. The Hopfenperle guesthouse was newly opened in June 2024. Beforehand, the old hop half-timbered house was renovated with a lot of love. The suite has a size of 55.50 square meters. It has a sauna and a hot tub. There is a double bed as well as another bed in a separate sleeping area. In the living area, the couch can also be added. The guesthouse is centrally located in the city of Spalt, perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours.

The room is suitable for four people plus toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two persons. A travel cot for a toddler can be added on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, through which you can reach the in-law, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake country are very close.

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].
