Guesthouse Refshalegården

Enjoy a cozy holiday in the countryside - in UNESCO's biosphere area, close to the medieval town of Stege, near the water and in the middle of nature. We are a family consisting of a Danish/Japanese couple, three small dogs, a cat, sheep, running ducks and chickens. We have renovated the entire farm to the best of our abilities and with a high degree of recycled materials. We love to travel and make sure the house is comfortable and cozy. We have tried to decorate our guest house as we think is nice. Let us know if you're missing anything!

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Modern beach house built in 2021 only 25 meters from the waterfront with wonderful panoramic views of Kattegat. Complete kitchen and modern furnishings. Free parking in front of the house. Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from the scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Cozy and central apartment with its own outdoor area.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Cosy annexe with a beautiful view of Svendborg Sound, located on the Øhavsstien trail and a short distance from Svendborg town centre – the perfect base for exploring South Funen. The property comprises a bright, open-plan living area with a kitchenette, a dining area and a double bed. In addition, there is an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with a view of the water. Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Cozy and spacious summer cottage at Kobæk Strand

Our cottage is for cozy, relaxing family and friend trips. There are 3 good double beds in 3 rooms. There is a loft with room for slightly larger children, nice mattresses. A very user-friendly house, simple and nice. There is a good internet connection and good board games in the house. We have opted out for the sake of coziness. The beach is 500 meters away. There is a good restaurant and ice cream kiosk right on the beach.
