A unique opportunity to see and stay in one of the two small, yellow, brick-built houses by the water. The two houses were restored in 1978-79 and in 1982 received a diploma from the "Association for Building and Landscape Culture" and "Europa Nostra". The two houses are protected to this day and are mostly seen as a photo stop for tourists. The house is located right down to the water, which is seen from the windows, but at the same time in the middle of the city, with life and a lot of activities. If you want to be on the beach, Kobæk beach is only 2 kilometers away.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

If you need to relax with your better half or a good friend in beautiful surroundings with a fantastic view of the water, 150 m to the nearest swimming area and close to the beach and forest, then this beautiful gem is a great choice. There are restaurants with delicious food here, Brugsen and the bakery are within walking distance, and there are many attractions nearby. During the summer months there is every weekend music at the harbor + flea market every Tuesday. Sofa bed available in a small room.

Det andet soveværelse byder på 2 enkeltsenge og lænestol. I stuen er der sovesofa, lænestol og tv. Der 7 km til Nyborg, 23 km til Odense og motorvejen ved Nyborg er 7 min fra huset i bil.

Cozy house by the sea

This thatched cottage from 1805 is located by the sea as the last house on the pier in a small village. You can go for wonderful walks in nearby forests or you can just sit in the garden or inside the house and enjoy the spectacular view - on three sides of the house your view will be the sea. Inside the small and cozy house you will find two bedrooms with double beds. But if you prefer to sleep ‘outside’ in the garden annex there is a double bed waiting for you here (the red painted room).

The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on a 3,100m2 beautiful natural plot with pine trees. Here you can really enjoy the silence and the raw nature. Storebælt is right at your front door. The cottage is cosy furnished, with spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and an open kitchen-dining area. The view of the sea can be enjoyed from all the rooms.

Home away from home… Læn dig tilbage, nyd udsigten, og lad roen sænke sig i denne nænsomt nyrenoverede, stråtækte perle fra 1860 – omgivet af natur og kun få minutters gang fra stranden. Åbn terrassedøren og træd ud på din private terrasse med udsigt til vandet. Om sommeren kan du skylle saltvandet af under udendørsbruseren. Bådhuset er en separat bolig, mens jeg bor i hovedhuset sammen med mine to katte. Rengøring er inkluderet – så du kan nyde opholdet fra start til slut.

(Will follow in English) Fantastisk charmerende sommerhus, med eminent beliggenhed! Følelsen af at stå på dækket af et skib, da havet og skøn strand er 4 meter nede for huset. Der er trappe ned til stranden. Smuk 180 grader view over Storebælt, både inde fra huset og fra terrassen. Terrassen er sydvendt så der er sol hele dagen :-) Den er 26 meter bred og udgør hjertet af vores skønne sommerhus. Man ser både de smukkeste solopgange og solnedgange fra huset.

The house sits front row to Avnø Fjord, with direct access to the salt meadow and coast, and lovely views of the fjord. Nature is close: hares and pheasants often pass by.
