Newly renovated cottage of 131 m2, on small enclosed gravel road in quiet summerhouse area. Large almost completely enclosed, secluded grounds with sun all day. Possibility of ball games, croquet, etc. The house has a wonderful large living room with lots of light and exit to the sun farm. The living room is directly connected to the dining area and kitchen. It has room for everyone whether you want to leave a puzzle or read, play, or watch TV. The two of the rooms are located on their own distribution hall with sliding doors to the sun farm.

Filled with all modern comforts and furnished with 3 rooms in the main house as well as a new (2023) annex. There are also 2 toilets. The house oozes cottage atmosphere and invites you to many hours with a fire in the wood stove, pancakes in the belly and many scenic kilometers on your feet. For example, follow the path along the property, all the way to the farthest point of northwest Zealand. Or how about a quick dip in the sea?

A dream gem located privately in the pine forrest just a few steps from the ocean and our wonderful panoramic ocean sauna. The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
