Filled with all modern comforts and furnished with 3 rooms in the main house as well as a new (2023) annex. There are also 2 toilets. The house oozes cottage atmosphere and invites you to many hours with a fire in the wood stove, pancakes in the belly and many scenic kilometers on your feet. For example, follow the path along the property, all the way to the farthest point of northwest Zealand. Or how about a quick dip in the sea?

Tiny beach house with sauna

A dream gem located privately in the pine forrest just a few steps from the ocean and our wonderful panoramic ocean sauna. The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. Fantastic house with sea view 200m from the beach.

A lovely holiday home with sea view and only 200 meters to the beach. The house is furnished as we wish to have a summer house. Here you immediately feel at home and can have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The house has a bright and lovely living room with access to the terrace and lawn. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is a large bathroom with shower, whirlpool and sauna, and a smaller with shower. The house is big enough for two families. Look forward to a relaxing stay in great nature!

Hyggeligt ældre sommerhus tæt på vandet. Dejlig have i skov og natur. Sommerhuset ligger kun 5 minutters gang til den familievenlige gudmindrup strand. Smukke solnedgange kan forekomme:) Huset har 2 gode terrasser, så alt efter hvor solen står kan man nyde det uden for. Der er en masse hygge kroge i haven med lyng. Huset indeholder stor stue med nyt køkken. Derudover et forældre soveværelse med plads til 2, samt et ekstra værelse med 3 sovepladser + 1 madras. Huset har wifi og smart tv.

Med 300m til Sejrøbugtens sandstrande ligger sommerhuset perfekt til naturoplevelser hele året. Vi har indrettet sommerhuset til hygge og afslapning. Med brændeovn, en stor hjørnesofa og en stor spiseplads kan selv dårligt vejr og vinteren nydes i sommerhuset. Den private have, bålstedet, en overdækket terrasse og et charmerende orangeri gør det nemt at nyde udelivet og lange aftener med venner og familie året rundt. Vi har en 1-årig og 4-årig og derfor en masse legetøj til rådighed.

Huset der giver ro

Det smukkeste sommerhus i Odsherred med de helt rigtige vibes. Huset er stilfuldt, nyistandsat og hvert enkelt rum i huset er sat i stand med den største kærlighed. Lækkert køkken i den fineste lysegrå farve. Huset ligger på en stor grund hvor børn vil elske at løbe rundt eller tage en tur på gyngen. Der bor rådyr på grunden dem kan man ikke undgå at få øje på. Det er yderst vigtigt at hvis man lejer vores hus at der passes godt på det, det er vores hjem, vores perle.

Sea view / Sauna w. view / First line to the beach

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Located just 1 km from the beach, 5m from Nykøbing, 10m from Rørvig, and only 1h from Copenhagen.

Personal and renovated in respect of the house's origin in the 70s. Large, open kitchen-living room in connection with the living room. Exit to large terrace and sun on the property from morning to evening. Scenic area close to the harbor town and the ferry.

Hyggeligt lille sommerhus midt i grøn ro og vild natur. Haven er fyldt med sommerfugle, stier og en bålplads – og trampolinen der både kan rumme børn og voksne (pakket ned lige pt). I gåafstand til strand på begge sider af Gniben og kun 5 min i bil til Havnebyen hvor der ligger spisesteder og Sjællands bedste fiskebutik. Alt i alt, et sted, man falder helt til ro. Perfekt til et par eller familien.
