Our beloved summer house of about 100 sqm that we carefully renovated for 10 years and enjoyed many days in, during all seasons of the year, we have now chosen to let others experience the moments we cannot be there ourselves. The house was built “ directly on the hill” at the beginning of the turn of the century. It is located a few kilometers outside Simrishamn in a cozy little village in Österlen. We are located at 160 m above sea level and are surrounded by the stunning and scenic surroundings of Grevlunda hills. Hjulahu's location is serene and the rolling landscape is beautiful all year round. Here you have downhill all the way down to the sea…The guest house is located on our small farm. Newly renovated on two floors, about 50 m2, sleeps five, fully-equipped kitchen and private patio. Hang out in the green grass, barbecue, play boule, or read a book in the orangery. Only 15 minutes to great beaches and many great restaurants!

Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 mn walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik at Eklaholm & Reunion shop/cafe. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Fine dining experiences/shops/flea market/walks around the knot. 3km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km to ICA, pharmacy etc. Bed linen & towels are included. Big older house on two floors just outside Vitaby. Four bedrooms. Large garden, nature plot and large patio and pergola with vines as a sunscreen. Also patio on the terrace with infra heating, outdoor furniture on both. Rich bird life. Older pond in the garden a stream flows through. Fast Internet that appears in a powerful mesh network throughout the house. Two TVs with large movie/channel selection. Richly equipped kitchen with much of most things! Owner lives secluded on premises and is easily reached by problem.

Stay in a classic Shepherd's hut in the middle of Folk & Fruit's organic apple orchard. A wagon built throughout in solid eco materials. Equipped with double bed, kitchen, fireplace, shower and toilet. The cart is completely `off grid'. Here you can be completely disconnected and experience the feeling of living in the middle of an apple orchard. The nearest neighbours are Baskemölla eco village with its varied architecture. 500m down to Baskemölla harbour for morning swim from the harbour pier.
