Stay in beautiful Österlen in Simris Gamla school. Here you get to enjoy in the Classroom. Here you will find a unique, stylish style with color. Old details are preserved; such as mirrored doors, hardwood floors, fireplace, beamed ceilings, and the old school board. Here you can enjoy good dinners both in the kitchen and on the generous patio with exit directly from the Classroom. There is something for both old and young as the nearest neighbor is the village playground where two boule courts are included. It is bike and walking distance into Simrishamn.

The location of the house is great for bicycle hiking and hiking along the coast. Rock baths, wonderful white beaches in the near. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed free of charge. Our guesthouse is located in a village with several restaurants/cafes that are mainly open in summer summertime. You will like the small charming house because of the tranquility, the privacy of the garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150m from the beach. The listing is best suited for couples or the small family.

Secluded location, glass doors lead out to private sunny patio. Open-plan with a large sleeping loft (ladder) and sofa bed in the living room. Picturesque village setting in the heart of Österlen. Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this peaceful year-round accommodation. 1910s house of 130 sqm with kitchen, two toilets, several bedrooms, living room and dining room. Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking trees, fields, and cow garden. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. Welcome to Grönhem farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a corset wing dating back to the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling grazing for our horses in the hilly landscape of Österlen. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests close to the farm. The apartment has an open plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Newly-built house in Vik, with room for 5 people. Wonderful views from the balcony and the two patios. Living room with kitchen, spacious hall, tiled bathroom, upstairs with living room and bedroom. Close to Stenshuvud National Park, Mandelmann Gardens and two fantastic golf courses. A minute walk to the beach and harbor but also to the bus stop with good transport to Simrishamn and Kristianstad. A wonderful place for those who want lazy days but also for those who want to have wonderful nature experiences.
