The beds are made when you arrive, both sheets and towels are included! Idyllic for those who want to experience stunning scenery as you can enjoy the garden with flowing streams and grazing sheep on the surrounding hills.

The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA shop pastry shop, ATM, train station and bus stop. Train every hour to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost 50 SEK/day

Bo på vackra Österlen i Simris Gamla skola. Här får du njuta i Lärarbostaden där fina detaljer finns bevarade, så som kakelugn, vackra golv och spröjsade gamla fönster. Här kan du avnjuta goda middagar på två generösa uteplatser med grill eller inomhus vid ett rymligt matbord. Här finns något för både gammal och ung då närmaste granne är byns lekplats där två boulebanor ingår. Simris är en gammal anrik by med trevliga promenadstråk. Det är cykelavstånd till Simrishamn och stränder.

Vårt gästhus är perfekt för en eller två personer och har alla bekvämligheter du behöver, inklusive grill och IR-bastu (ej badtunna). Sängkläder och handdukar ingår, och parkering finns precis intill. Välkommen till en avkopplande vistelse vid havet!

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Protected location, surrounded by forest and pastures with sheep. The house has a smaller patio, and you have free access to our garden. You reach the sea via a half-hour walk through an enchanting forest.

Litet mysigt renoverat stenhus från 1800-talet ett stenkast från hamnen och stränderna i Vik. Liten trädgård med sol från morgon till kväll. Sovrum på övervåningen med 160 cm dubbelsäng plus två barnsängar (brant trappa upp). Badrum med dusch, allrum, matplats och kök. Diskmaskin. Separat gästhus med 160 cm dubbelsäng och eget WC (ej varmvatten i gästhuset). Wifi finns men ej TV eller microvågsugn. Handdukar och lakan ingår ej.

Large garden with a total plot area of over 2000 sqm. 100 sqm large patio deck around half the house. Great for families with children, as we ourselves have 4. About 600 meters to a very nice sand beach. The house is a zero-energy house where solar cells produce electricity corresponding to annual consumption.

Scenic & close to the sea in Baskemölla on Österlen

Huset ligger i Baskemölla backar, precis ovanför fiskeläget, med näktergal, gök och lövgrodor alldeles inpå knuten. Oavsett om du kommer med bil, buss eller cykel så är Baskemölla en perfekt utgångspunkt för en lyckad Österlen-semester. Bara en kort promenad till havet med badplats och fantastiska vandrings stigar. Hundar är välkomna efter överenskommelse, men ej katter (pga allergi). Uthyres söndag-söndag under högsommaren.

There are three bedrooms with two beds in each room and a cosy sleeping loft with ladder.
