Cozy 1940s apartment centrally located at the top of Brunnsparken's treetops. Two balconies, one of which is a large, sunny, south-facing, flower-filled terrace with privacy. The slanted ceilings give bygone charm to this bright and beautiful attic apartment of 90 square meters. Three spacious bedrooms and a larger combined living and dining room with a decor that tells about travels in all parts of the world. Small, fully tiled bathroom with shower. Five minutes walk to the city center and ten minutes to the beach life at Tobisvik.

In Gladsax Manor, there is now the possibility to rent the cozy black guest house. Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen, close to the sea, nature, attractions and in combination with a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guest house is adapted for 2 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy that little extra both indoors and outdoors on the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has a total area of 50 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2

It offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy small-town living with cafés and restaurants, while still being in walking distance of outdoor activities and beaches. The apartment is part of a townhouse with a lovely atmosphere, plenty of light, and all modern conveniences. It has been newly renovated and features a brand-new kitchen.

Skåneleden (SL4) går strax nedanför huset. 5 km söderut ligger Simrishamn med restauranger, caféer samt affärer. Norrut tar du den underbara strandpromenaden i Carl von Linnés fotspår mot fiskesamhället Vik. Närhet till fantastiska sandstränder och alla små guldkorn som Österlen kan erbjuda. Obs! Uthyrning 2026 v26-v27 (veckovis) samt v32-v35 (veckovis) In-och utcheckning söndagar.

We offer a modern loft-like summer stay overviewing the sea within walking distance from the beach. The house consists of three rooms, one master bedroom with windows from floor to roof towards the fields, an additional bedroom with two single beds, and a living area with kitchen and lounge, also with windows covering the wall towards the garden. Outside there is a lawn, with barbecue and furniture for outdoor living, plus an outdoor shower.

There are local restaurants and many charming attractions in the area. Located near Simrishamn with bicycle distance to Brantevik and swimming from the bathing ladder by the cliffs. Four bicycles are available to borrow, three women's bicycles and one men's bicycle. 15-20 min drive to sandy beaches.
