Stay near the sea in Brantevik on Österlen

The location of the house is perfect for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rocky swimming areas, wonderful white beaches nearby. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed for free. Our guest house is located in a village with several restaurants/cafés that are mainly open in the summer. You'll like the little charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150 meters from the beach. The accommodation is best suited for couples or small families.

In Gladsax Manor, there is now the possibility to rent the cozy black guest house. Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen, close to the sea, nature, attractions and in combination with a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guest house is adapted for 2 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy that little extra both indoors and outdoors on the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has a total area of 50 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2

Cozy cottage in the middle of Brösarp.

In the middle of Brösarp, our cabin is in a peaceful, scenic environment. The cottage is in close proximity to our dwelling house. It is within walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA shop and to the many hiking trails in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass veranda. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bikes can be borrowed.

By the sea in Brantevik

At the beach in Brantevik is a small guest house overlooking the sea and where only a short walk separates the house from the water. Architect Bengt Lindroos. There are four single beds, two in the loft and two in a sofa bed (but the house is small for 4 adults). There is also a small kitchenette, with two hotplates, microwave and refrigerator as well as a toilet, shower and washing machine. If you need additional beds, there is a nice shed next to the house that can be rented for an additional fee.

Välkommen till ett modernt och fräscht gästhus – bara 100 meter från stranden! Huset är på 40 kvm, färdigställt 2022, endast 100 meter från stranden. Här bor du lugnt med havsbrus och skog runt knuten. Två sovrum (160 och 140 cm säng), fullt utrustat kök, badrum med dusch, vardagsrum med TV, matplats och snabbt Wi-Fi. Njut av trädäck, uteplats med grill och låna cyklar för att upptäcka omgivningarna. Perfekt för morgondopp, långa strandpromenader och avkopplande dagar på vackra Österlen.

Skåneleden kan man ansluta till nere vid havet i nordlig och sydlig riktning för vandring med fantastisk utsikt och natur. Husdjur välkomna. Hyresgästen städar själv, städredskap och rengöringsmedel finns. Sängkläder/ badlakan ingår INTE! Badtunna är privat! INGÅR EJ! Huvudbyggnaden är tom! Inget wifi finns!

Guest house by the beach

Vakna med stranden precis utanför dörren – här är det enkelt att varva ner och njuta av lugnet. Simrishamns mysiga stadskärna ligger på bekvämt gångavstånd, och runt knuten väntar vackra cykel- och promenadvägar genom fantastisk natur. Vårt gästhus är perfekt för en eller två personer och har alla bekvämligheter du behöver, inklusive grill och IR-bastu (ej badtunna). Sängkläder och handdukar ingår, och parkering finns precis intill. Välkommen till en avkopplande vistelse vid havet!

Stengatan Kivik - next to the sea

Welcome to our renovated guest cottage in Kivik's old fishing village. Within a hundred meters you find the beach, playground and restaurants. The cottage has a new fridge and stove with oven. Within reach is Buhres Fish and other restaurants in the harbor. The bedroom has a new king size bed. You have access to the garden, mostly to yourself. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people. Bring bed linen, or rent for 150 SEK/p. You do the final cleaning yourself.

Nybyggt (hösten 2023) ljust och luftigt ekohus på 30 kvm mitt i Ravlunda. Allrum med högt i tak. Sovrum med två bäddar. Loft med två bäddar. Badrum med dusch. Runt huset är det inhägnat med staket. Här finns plats för både lek och pauser i solen. Nytt för 2025 är att vi byggt ett entrétak. Vi står för sänglinne, badrumsfrotté samt ett mindre bassortiment i skafferiet. Du får även nybakat bröd under lokala surdegsbageriets öppetdagar.
