Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

For the larger party! Unique street house from 1846 with cultural label, in the middle of the old town next to the church. A historic home of 200 sqm, fully equipped, lovely space, three bedrooms, large living rooms and a sheltered, flowering courtyard in the southwest for lovely meals outdoors. The square/pedestrian street with restaurants around the corner, the train station 3 minutes away, to the harbor/beach it's a 5 minute walk through the old town. A perfect base for the rest of the Österlen excursions! Only gentle guests are accepted.

Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Unique accommodation in organic apple orchard near the sea

Stay in a classic Shepherd's hut in the middle of Folk & Fruit's organic apple orchard. A wagon built throughout in solid eco materials. Equipped with double bed, kitchen, fireplace, shower and toilet. The cart is completely `off grid'. Here you can be completely disconnected and experience the feeling of living in the middle of an apple orchard. The nearest neighbours are Baskemölla eco village with its varied architecture. 500m down to Baskemölla harbour for morning swim from the harbour pier.

Skåneleden (SL4) is just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafés and shops. To the north, take the wonderful beach promenade in Carl von Linné's footsteps towards the fishing community of Vik. You reach the sea via a half-hour walk through an enchanting forest.
