The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Modern cottage with beach plot

Beautiful nature regardless of the season and several lakes. Grocery store, restaurants and train and bus station are located in Vittsjö village. Guests have access to a rowboat, two kayaks and fishing from the jetty. Golf course, elk safari, waffle cottage and Skåneleden are located in the nearby area. Skånes Djurpark (animal park) is a 45-minute drive. There, Nordic animals such as wolves, bears, lynx and other Nordic species live in their natural environment. See opening hours on the respective website. Skåne offers many more excursion destinations for both adults and children.

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with the possibility of swimming in the indoor pool and socializing in a rural and peaceful environment. You have your own, complete household and take care of yourselves, with the host family on hand if you need help with anything. Sheets, towels and final cleaning are included in the rent. Beautiful timber house from the 1820s, newly renovated in 2018. The house has stunning views of Öresund, located in the Möllehässle Nature Reserve 2 km south of Mölle. Local bus is within walking distance. Tastefully decorated with high-quality materials. There are two floors consisting of a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine. Three bedrooms (1 x 140 cm bed, 1 x 140 cm bed & 1 x 160 cm bed, loft with 2 x 120 cm bed), dining room, living room and two bathrooms. Both with shower and one with washing machine & dryer.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. With nature as a neighbor and the lake outside the door, just relax. Enjoy fishing, hiking, paddling, swimming and everything else nature has to offer. The cabin is located all by itself on a headland. There is one bedroom and a sofa bed. Electricity is available and all amenities such as fully-equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, stove and contemporary decor. No running water, but water is available in a can. Drain is in the kitchen. There is a chemical toilet but no shower.

The cabin is around 50 m² and sleeps 5 persons with 2 single beds and 2 double beds to choose from. Firewood, maps, sauna, rowing boat etc is all inclusive & dogs are of course welcome too!
