Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach cafe. Fall asleep and wake up to the soda of waves. Two beds where you are on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and wc. Large terrace, barbecue. The house is in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Scenic and private guest house by the water. Well secluded from the residential house is this guest house with Genevadsån that runs along the house. The house is newly renovated and surrounded by a large sunny patio where you can spend day and night. If you want to warm up in the evening, you can swim or fire in the barbecue Nearby is the bathing jetty in Antorpa Lake and the Mästocka lake as well as the nature reserve in Bökeberg and Bölarp. 10 minutes away by car is Veinge where you find pizzeria, grocery store, kiosk and outdoor swimming area.

Welcome to our newly built guesthouse with sauna, fireplace and wonderful views of the lake and Järvsö ski slopes. Swimming jetty just below the house with free access to a rowboat. Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In the winter when the ice is located, you go to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3 (free access to electric car charging) The house has 3 bedrooms (6 beds) kitchen, 1 bathroom and is our little paradise! Unique location. Beach, jacuzzi and close to city.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry.
