Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Cozy 40's apartment centrally located at the top of Brunnsparken's canopies. Two balconies of which a large thriving terrace with no view in a sunny south facing position. The slanted ceilings give bygone charm to this bright and beautiful loft of 90 square meters. Three spacious bedrooms as well as a larger combined living and dining room with a decor that tells you about travel in all parts of the world. Small fully tiled bathroom with a shower. Five minutes walk to the city center and ten minutes to the beach life at Tobisvik.

Svinahuset 3

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. The Svinahuset consists of four separate completely newly built apartments with one room and fully equipped kitchenette as well as toilet and shower. As late as the 1980s, John Jacob used this part of the farm as a swine house and who most housed around 60 pigs here. Since then, the space has been rebuilt in different stages. In 2023 and -24 this whole part was rebuilt into four modern one-bedroom apartments with its own small terrace overlooking the landscape around the farm.

Or explore the entire coastline up towards Kivik and Haväng or down towards Baskemölla Skillinge and Sandhammaren. There are armchairs to curl up in, Marshall speakers to enjoy music, own Wi-Fi:) And double bed with comfy pillows and duvet.

Stenshuvud National Park 10 minutes by car. Mandelsmans garden in the neighboring village 5 minutes by car. Grocery store 200 meters away with freshly baked breakfast bread.
