Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The house is located in the Berlin area (30 minutes drive to the center) and close to Potsdam with historic old town and Sanssouci Castle (20 minutes drive). Nearby is Lake Seddin (a 15-minute walk) with an adjacent golf course.

The cabin is a 6 minute bikeride away from a beautiful and ever-quiet lake for swimming and bathing.

The 100-year-old villa has many stories to tell and has since been renovated and modernly equipped. A cozy, quiet apartment with private access awaits you. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. Parking is reserved on the premises.

The bungalow is located on a clearing in the forest with direct views of Lake Schwielow. It impresses with an open modern room concept and the exclusivity of the location. In the countryside and yet close to Potsdam and Berlin. We offer two SUPs that can be used free of charge on request and subject to availability.

Feel at home with us: the lower floor of the house is at your disposal, the garden invites you to relax in the evening and the terrace can be used at any time thanks to the roof. As a highlight, a sauna and a pool are also waiting for you (if it is already in use due to the weather - please ask).
