**First occupancy July 2024** Our cozy and lovingly furnished new apartment is located right in the heart of Buching, right next to the Buchenberg cable car and within walking distance of numerous restaurants. A bakery, butcher, cheese shop and a large Edeka are within 5-10 minutes' walking distance. Neuschwanstein Castle and many swimming lakes are minutes by car. The Tyrolean border and Füssen are just under 15 minutes away by car. Parking is available in front of the house.

Welcome to the lovingly renovated, listed farmhouse directly on the idyllic spa park of Schwangau. The Châlet Alpenrose perfectly combines tranquility and centrality – nestled in dreamlike nature and yet just steps from the village center. Schwangau is picturesquely located at the foot of the Tegelberg and directly below the world-famous royal castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. The crystal spa and Lake Forggensee are also in the immediate vicinity.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in Mitten der Allgäuer Alpen. Wir bieten den idealen Startpunkt für einen Besuch des Schloss Neuschwansteins. Naturliebhaber und Freizeitsportler kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Die Seilbahn zum Buchenberg ist nur 150 Meter entfernt. Gaststätten und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Min. zu erreichen. Seen sind bequem mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Hochwertiger Gasgrill inklusive Gas stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

Die Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Die Kurtaxe ist nicht im Preis enthalten und muss vor Ort in Bar beglichen werden. Frühstück ist nicht im Preis inklusive, gerne holen wir euch aber frische Backwaren vom Bäcker.

The Straubinger house is located directly on the Forggensee in the Allgäu, so mountain climbing and swimming are no problem!

Welcome to my charming tiny house in Kaufering, located in the beautiful region of Landsberg am Lech. The house has a cozy sleeping loft with skylight and another bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. Despite the compact size, the tiny house offers a cozy living area that allows a beautiful view of the private garden thanks to the generous window areas.
