In the beautiful house directly on the water with a private harbor you can spend your holiday with up to 6 people. It offers an incredible amount of extras: whether air conditioning, a sauna or a fireplace - all wishes are fulfilled. Depending on the weather, the house has a table outside and inside. The built-in kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. Linen, towels, Wi-Fi, heating, water and electricity are included. Sauna will not be working until 20/01/2026

The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy.
