In the bedroom there is a 140 x 200 cm double bed, a large dresser and a desk. In the living room, there is a large couch that can be pulled out to the box-spring double bed. In the kitchen are a fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.

Schönaich is conveniently located near the A8 and A81 highways. The airport and the Stuttgart trade fair are about 16 km and 25 minutes away by car. The surrounding cities and the S-Bahn can be easily reached by bus with public transport (VVS). From the apartment to the bus stop it is only a 7-minute walk. By car, it is about to the S-Bahn station Böblingen/Goldberg. 15 minutes. From there, Stuttgart, the MHP Arena, ... can be reached without changing trains with the S1.
