Spend quality time with the family on the beautiful terrace after a busy day in Stockholm. This characterful townhouse is bursting with vibrant colors, eclectic artwork, and cool retro pieces. It’s been lovingly designed with children at the heart. Pefect location for your familys summerholiday in Stockholm! A really cosy, comfortable and personally decorated house with 7 beds. Bedroom 1: one double-bed (180cm). Bedroom 2: one double-bed (160cm). Bedroom 3: one loft-single-bed. Bedroom 4: two single-beds. The house is situated with wonderful surroundings! - Next to the forest (Nackareservatet) for great walks & running and only a 10 min walk for a golfcourt or a swim in a little lake. Just a 8 min short walk to the Metro which easy take you with the green-line direct to the "SOFO"-district (Medborgarplatsen) in 12 min. (T-centralen 18 min) Bagarmossen has a small center with 2 supermarkets, 2 cafés and a couple of restaurants. We love our house and our environment - and we hope you will to! Wi-fi and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. In the summer you can relax in the little garden and make a barbecuedinner on the grill. There is a terrace with a lounge furniture and a dining table. There is also a terracce at the front of the house with a diningtable. We also have 2 bikes, some small childrenbikes and plenty of toys for the children... We have sheets and towels for you. Please notice that we have 7 beds; in the master bedroom we have one double bed, 180cm wide, 1 room with an adult bed which we can easy make to a double bed, 160cm, 1 room with a single loft-bed, and one room with 2 single-beds. We have a nice cat and his name is Tiger. In the summer he's not at home cause we bring him with us to the summerhouse. During the rest of the year we would sometimes be very happy if you take care of him and we'll give you the cleaning for free. This townhouse is set in Bagarmossen next to a forest that is great for walks, and close to a golf course and lake. There's a small center with a couple of supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. It’s just 15 minutes by metro to Stockholm. It's a short walk, only 8 min, to the Metro-station "Bagarmossen". That is the Green line (17) and takes you easy to the city. We have to bikes for adults and a couple of bikes for children. If you come from Arlanda you can take: The Arlanda express (train) to Stockholm central (T-centralen) in 20 min, if you want a cheaper alternative you choose the "flygbuss" (bus) which takes 45 min to Stockholm. At T-centralen you take the metro, the green line heading for Skarpnäck, (line 17) to the station Bagarmossen. (18 min from T-centralen). It´s about 8 min walk to our house at Ljusnevägen 15d, (128 48 Bagarmossen) If you take a cab the prise from Arlanda to our house is today 635SEK with"Taxi Stockholm". Our house is for rent in the end of juin, july and in the beginning of August. Plus some weekends and holidays! Please send a request! We have a cat. In the summer he's not at home cause we bring him with us to our summerhouse. The rest of the year we would sometimes ask you to take care of him and we give you the cleaning for free!

Relax in the bathtub, after a long day of walking around the sights of Copenhagen, in this historical building from 1803 THE APARTMENT: The cozy apartment has just gone through a major renovation. Everything has been updated with an eye for detail and love for the exiting building, which is heritage listed building. This has taken the apartment to a whole new level, very much inspired by hotels and restaurants around the world but with a personally touch. The apartment stands with new floors, ceilings and walls. The apartment is all in all 70 m2 on the 4th floor with a beautiful view to the famous red rooftops of Copenhagen and the beautiful Scandinavian light. It consists of a spacious open kitchen with a large fridge, freezer, Quooker (hot water tab with boiling water), nespresso machine and a large dining table which sits 6 people. The living room has a beautiful desktop area and a very cozy sitting area with a big couch which can be transformed into a comfortable double bed with an additional two very comfortable chairs. The bedroom is spacious with a double bed and has direct access to the utility room, which consists of a washing machine/dryer and plenty of wardrobe space and a convenient floor to ceiling mirror. The bathroom is all new with Italian beautiful tiles, a spacious shower and a nice big bathtub and floor heating for the cold winter days. Amenities include wireless internet, washing machine, tumble-dryer, fully equipped kitchen large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Quooker (hot water tab with boiling water), nespresso machine and a large dining table which sits 6 people. You will also find full-size bed and mattresses, blankets, pillows and all bed linens. The living room has a beautiful desktop area and a very cozy sitting area with a big couch which can be transformed into a comfortable sofabed an additional two very comfortable chairs. The bathroom is all new with Italian beautiful tiles, a spacious shower and a nice big bathtub and floor heating for the cold winter days. The property is situated downtown in the old part of Copenhagen surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops of all kinds. Rosenborg Castle Gardens is just around the corner, great for an early morning run, a quite time with a good book, or a sunset picnic. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Nørreport is just around the corner which connects you to both buses, trains and the subway. Coming from the airport it will take you no more than 20 min before you are at Nørreport using the subway (Metro) and from Nørreport the apartment is a 5 minutes walk away passing one off the best bakers in town, Kransekagehuset. Velcome to our beautiful romantic house with a lush enclosed garden and sea view! This 160 square meter private house is situated in the area Gröndal, on walking distance to hip Södermalm and close to city center. The house has three big bedrooms, all with a sea view; One master bedroom with a queen size bed, balcony and private bathroom. The other two bedrooms have one and two beds each. There is a big kitchen with all facilities and a sunny dining room, two living rooms with comfortable couches, one with a big screen TV, DVD and Apple TV. There is one more bathroom in the house equipped with a romantic bathtub. The house has a private parking space and free WiFi. In the garden there is several seating areas for bbq, dining and relaxing. If it is a hot summer day, and you care for a swim, the big lake Mälaren is only 200 m away. The small lake Trekanten with a nice beach for the kids is also very close. The area Gröndal have fantastic parks, cafés and green areas for picnic, and outdoor activities. Gröndal has shops, restaurants and everything you need. Despite the settings, the city center is only 15-20 minutes away with tram and metro. The public transport runs every 5 minutes on working hours and every 10 minutes in evenings. This is a perfect house for excursions in Stockholm for a family or a couple. Soak in the Sleek, Freestanding Tub at a Chic Former Stables

We love our house and think you will too. Through the last 4 years, the "stable house" has undergone a major transformation with the love of the history of the house in mind. You will find old beams on the first floor and giant windows in the kitchen and lounge/study from when the house was used as stables. All mixed in with a hyper-modern kitchen and spa-feel bathrooms. The house consists of a kitchen with seating space for up to 8 people, a lounge/study with room for two extra beds (with high-quality mattresses), a living room with a bio-fireplace and a bedroom with a "walk-in" closet. Furthermore, you will find two bathrooms in the house. One at ground level with a rain-fall shower and an ensuite in the bedroom area on the first floor with bathtub and shower. The first floor is very open space and a real New Yorker vibe to it. There's a great sound system throughout the house with speakers in every room (even the bathrooms). Most of the decor is specially made and was recently featured in Residence Magazine 2019. We love to travel the world and know how big a difference the little details makes. That's why you'll find bathrobes, soft towels, snacks, wine and a personal guide of our favorite restaurants and places to hang out. We plan to travel when guests stay at our house but won't be further away than a phone call. We have close family living in the city who knows the house very well and can be called in if you face any difficulties. We also have a great community and lovely neighbours – by all means stop for a chat :) This calm retreat is located right by the beautiful lakes of Copenhagen on a peaceful one-way street. Østerbro is a great area on the border of Nørrebro and the inner city, within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes, shops, and sights. We have our own parking lot if you come to Copenhagen by car. If not you'll find public transportation only 2 minutes from the house.

High-spec Renovated Central Townhouse

Plum in the sought after Kartoffelrækkerne area in the centre of town right on the lakes, this is walking distance to nearly every great attraction in the city. This four story townhouse has a large loft lounge and office on the 2nd floor, a master bedroom, bathroom and baby room on the 1st, a huge kitchen and dining room for up to 8 people on the ground floor, plus a second bedroom and bathroom in a spacious lower level. There is also a bbq and seating for 6 on the outside terrace. The house was fully renovated in 2018 with bespoke furniture and appliances. The style resembles the mid modern Scandinavian style with a twist of colonialism. Perfect for two couples or a little family with a baby or toddler. The entire house is available to you during your stay. We're available to give advice about the neighbourhood and answer any questions about the house during your stay, just ring. The townhouse is on the lakes in Central Copenhagen. Walk to an organic bakery, famous smørbrød cafe, and a Michelin-starred restaurant. The National Gallery Of Art (SMK), Natural History Museum, and the Botanical are each a 5-minute walk away. Copenhagen is easily walkable, however also beautiful and surprisingly accessible by bike. We'd recommend both modes of transport, or an taxi app called Taxa 4X35 if you want to be driven. Please let us know if you'd like a cleaner in the house during your stay, she is usually in the house for 4 hours twice a week.

Beautiful luxury 1904 villa, near Stockholm city

A spacious house of high standards, and beautiful architectural details. Two main floors consisting of entrance halls, living rooms, large kitchen, library, and multiple bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The house is ideal for one or two families. A large beautiful well-kept garden with fruit trees, berries, and herbs. Several sitting and lounging areas, and a big trampoline for the children. Two main floors of the house plus the attic and the basement where the laundry room is. We will be available on the phone and via the Airbnb App. The villa is situated in Stocksund, a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just minutes from Stockholm city center. It’s surrounded by water and nature; small swimming lakes, golf courses, jogging tracks and woods. The Mall of Scandinavia is nearby. The house is a 25 minutes drive from Stockholm Arlanda Airport. You can easily catch a train or the subway into the City, they are both located less than 10 minutes walk from our house. The subway will take you into the city center in 15 minutes. From the house you can walk to the sea for a swim or take a bike tour in the surroundings. There is an alarm system in the house for your protection that will have to be operated coming to and leaving the house.

Take a nap in the hammock before a drink on the rooftop terrace and a BBQ on the garden terrace, with a swim in the sea to end the day. Younger visitors will love the trampoline and garden plays. The roomy, color-filled interior is typically Scandinavian. Luxurious and cosy villa just 6 km north of Copenhagen center. 300 meters from a forest and 600 meters to a nice beach. The house is decorated in a nice and typical Scandinavian light way with a great garden to it. There you'll find trampoline, playhouse and other childrenfriendly facilities. And of course a hammock, grill and laid back facilities for the adults. We have two friendly cats. The area is very safe and the most exclusive in CPH. You can take both bus and train to the center. They leave close by. Grocery, café, restaurant etc are very close by as well. The house is 180 squaremeters. This luxurious villa is just 6 kilometers north of the center of Copenhagen and 600 meters to an attractive beach. Forest walks start closer still. Stores, cafes, and restaurants are nearby, while trains and buses for the city are within easy reach. Free parking in front of the house. Bus and trains nearby.
