It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

Every detail of the interiors has been designed with the utmost care, and with the love for architecture of the hosts. The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

The Nest is located in a small Alpine vilage, next to one of the worlds most beautiful rivers, called Soča. It's name comes from the apartments location. It's situated on the bottom of the mountain, surrounded by the forrest, overlooking the valley from up high over the rest of the village rooftops. It's really cosy, with lots of natural light and relaxing sounds throughout the whole day. If you prefer to have birds, crickets and othe small animals for neigbours, The Nest is the place for you!

Cozy apartment is a modern, clean, and incredibly cozy place to stay with a view of beautiful mountains and even a bit of the lake. In front of the house, there is free parking, outdoor chill space, and a garden. The house is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake and 30 minutes walk from the city centre. We also provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

Apartment is suitable for old people and disabled - wheelchair accessible.Available is also baby bed for additional payment 10 Eur per one day. At the beginning of the ascent to the sanctuary of Castelmonte, five minutes from the historic center of Cividale del Friuli, an old 19th-century farmhouse recently renovated offers an attic apartment and a double bedroom with bathroom. The adjoining farm produces organic extra virgin olive oil and the walk among the olive groves and vineyards up to a centuries-old chestnut tree is a pleasant immersion in nature and its gentle hilly landscape.
