The house is 115 square meters and is located in the quiet village of Kolby in the southern part of Samsø. It consists of a newly renovated country kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 toilets (one with bath) and 3 bedrooms with double/2 single beds as well as a smaller room with bunk bed, which should only be used by people up to 170 cm. In total, there are 8 beds. There is also a weekend bed incl. duvet for children from 0-2 years. Outdoors, you can enjoy the sun on the large terrace, and the children can play on the large lawn.

One with morning sun and one with evening sun. Especially the terrace facing the street and the seaside hotel exudes a southern vibe. Dette skønne sommerhus har et fantastisk lysindfald fra syd og vest til det store alrum med køkken, stue og pejsestue i ét. Huset har mange hyggelige kroge inde og ude og er indrettet med både nye og gamle ting, så det er både praktisk, afslappet og hyggeligt at være i huset. Der er terrasser på alle sider og en stor have fuld af blomster og skovjordbær. Der er 5 minutters gang til den dejligste sandstrand og 25 minutters kørsel til Aarhus med Tivoli, Aros, Den Gamle By, Moesgaard osv.

The house is located 215 m from the fjord at which it has a 180 graders panorama-view. The house was built in 2016 and is at 82 m2 with a covered terrasse at 60 m2 and an annex of 12 m2. It has a dog-friendly fenced garden. Sauna. There’s two kayaks belonging to the house. Stavns fjord with its archipelago of small island islands is a fantastic and safe play to go kayaking. Fast internet. Water, electricity and end of lease cleaning is included in the rent. Start/end-day: Saturday.

Containerhuset

Er du til smukke skovrige omgivelser, vil dette passe dig. Huset ligger på en naturgrund skærmet af høje træer og med markerne i baggrunden. Den modsatte vej er der ca. 400m til lille uforstyrret strand. Har du prøvet at bo i et containerhus før? Vi byggede vores elskede sommerhus i 2018 af tre gamle skibscontainere. Huset ligger som en kubistisk hobbithule på en vild grund i det dejlige, rolige Vesterløkken.
