First parking to the water and with lovely views of Aarhus, this lovely two room apartment is rented in the house of AARhus, designed by architect Bjarke Engels. The apartment contains a living room with kitchen and dining area, bedroom, bathroom and the loveliest south-west facing terrace. We have looked into the details of the apartment so that it can be the setting for nice days in Aarhus and on Aarhus Island. The area has plenty of restaurants, takeaways, forest, beach and city within walking distance. There is a parking cellar in the house.

Modern beach house built in 2021 only 25 meters from the water's edge with lovely panoramic views of the Kattegat. Complete kitchen and modern fixtures. Free parking in front of the house. Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: Playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking not allowed. A charming cottage of 123 square meters that was completely modernized and remodeled in 2016. Appear bright and friendly. Three different shower facilities, one of which is outside the home, which is great when you have been out in the sea and swimming. Located in secluded nature by the sea. The view of the large meadow that is an extension of the garden often allows for seeing deer, pheasants, and more. There are good shopping opportunities in the area including gourmet restaurants.

Newer modern cottage in 1st row with direct access to the beach. Good swimming and fishing opportunities. Cottage located on one of northern Funen's best grounds with an incredible panoramic view of the water. There is wifi, wood-burning stove, cable TV (DR, DE), Smart TV. Weber charcoal grill, fire pit, three bedrooms and a loft. The bathroom is with floor heating, toilet and shower. In addition, there is an extra toilet. Bathing jetty available from 1/6-20/9

- beach house - this is for guests who want a few meters to sand and water - high-end summer house - excellent walking and hiking trails - exceptional view, location - two paddle boards free to be used - space for 8 people to sleep. In the main house there are two bedrooms each with space for 2 people. In the annex there is space for 4 people. - the annex is hearted by an electric heating machine in the winter.

The house 10 C is a totally renovated south wing of a historic wood frame house from 1680, located in the cosy village Stauns, with a small dinghy harbour and a excellent starting point for kayak and canoe sailing on the nature reserve Stauns Fjord. It's not a summerhouse area due to preservation. The house has floor heating and a stove and as you can see a unik fusion of new and old.
