We enjoyed this stay very much and plan to book here again when possible. Easy access to the highway and downtown and Western Asheville. The two rooms are airy with lots of windows and look out over their urban homestead. Bathroom was updated and clean in the hallway. The beds were quite firm, but that is a plus in my book. The highway is nearby and pretty loud, but it is more like white noise. The hosts were so nice and we liked their daughter, dog, and cat also! We were offered eggs but didn't have time to take advantage of them.

Our stay was very comfortable and the suite with two rooms was so nice, clean, and felt very private. We loved the friendliness of Anders and his family and they were very helpful with suggestions and tips on what to do and see around Asheville. They were also extremely helpful and generous when we dealt with a minor injury. And don't miss out on the farm-fresh eggs for breakfast, they were delicious!

Anders made us feel welcome through brochures left on the table to navigating a first time experience through Uber.

AWESOME experience! They were a lovely couple. Actually had a lot in common as well. Welcoming people and the room was lovely & felt like our own space. They even made us breakfast on the way out in the morning. Truly enjoyed it! Would certainly stay again.

Anders did a great job with being very welcoming. He respected my privacy and had a private suite and bathroom ready for me (clean) when I arrived. The house itself is very cozy, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

It was a great pleasure to stay with Anders, his wife, an his adorable daughter. The space we had access to was much larger than I anticipated, and very clean. It was a very nice private area where you really felt like you had the whole home to yourself. Also with their proximity to major roads it was breeze to get anywhere. Anders was always quick to offer guidance around town, help with accomidating our dog, and just plain making us feel welcome. Their home was absolutely charming and gave you the feel of Asheville that a hotel could never provide. If I we return to Asheville I know where we'll be staying!

Ralph was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The house was great, more than enough space for 2 couples. We loved that we were able to bring our dog with us. The house was very convenient to downtown where we spent most of our time.

Ralph's place was clean and had two great full baths. Close to everything and Ralph was quick to answer any questions.

The house was great, the history behind the home makes it a bit more like home. Very close to downtown and surronding sites.

Ralph's house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. Ralph is a great host, and we had a spacious kitchen, dining, living room, and porch. The house and first floor master bed/bath were very accessible for our grandma, who has trouble with stairs. The location is a quick drive to downtown. It's not a very walkable neighborhood, so I would suggest a car. You may also note that it is by a factory, so if you're looking for something secluded and quiet, it may not be the best fit.

Natalie wa very kind and welcoming. We got in late and she left the lights in for us, along with a note on the bed. Also, she was very considerate and understanding when we wanted to change our reservation. The home had been listed as "entire home" but was really a private room with shared amenities. As we were hoping for something private (entire home) we left early and Natalie was very flexible. Her home is quaint and comfortable. Plus her dog Walter is very sweet!

Natalie is a really great host. I didn't actually get to meet her in person until a few days into my stay, but that wasn't an issue for me. Communication was quick and effortless. Everything regarding the place was as expected, and anything that wasn't covered in the listing was neatly explained in a message and also in a notebook she provided. I really enjoyed my stay there and would stay there again. Located just minutes from downtown with a really peaceful environment, this place really allowed me to escape to the country and return to the city with ease. Thanks again!

Natalie was warm and welcoming, but unfortunately we ended our reservation after staying one night (of an expected four) at her place. When we booked, the place was listed as an "entire home" but upon arrival we found that we were staying in a single room. There was also a cat in Natalie's home and I'm very allergic to cats. Natalie's home is eclectic and colorful and is located near downtown Asheville. It did not meet our expectations, but may work for others.

This was my first experience with AirBnB and it was a great experience. Natalie and her boyfriend were very welcoming into their home. They went the extra mile to make sure I felt at home.

Kim's place in Woodfin was perfect! It's nice and spacious and comfortable for all. Kim was great with communication and made sure we were all set for our stay. There was ample space for 6 adults and a dog! Our dog LOVED staying here and playing in the backyard. We enjoyed spending evening relaxing on the porch, playing corn hole, and grilling out. The kitchen was nicely equip. It was an easy uber ride (7-10 minutes) to downtown and all the breweries. There is also easy access to Interstate 26 so it was a breeze getting to the Blue Ridge Parkway and other hiking/mountain activities. We had a perfect, fun, wonderful stay! None of us wanted to leave. I would highly recommend this very comfortable home for larger groups. It would be perfect for two couples and several kids as one bedroom had 4 (very comfy!) twin beds. Thanks again for making our Asheville vacation great!

This charming home was the perfect place to relax and play. Adults and children alike had a great time playing in the yard or cozying up in the living areas. The home was clean, spacious enough to comfortably fit four adult and three children and oozing with charm. We very easily made ourselves at home to the point where our daughter kept saying, "I love our new home!". Thank you for a lovely place to enjoy while exploring Asheville and the nature around it.

It's a terrifically located house that's recently been refinished. It has a great kitchen, and is less than 10 minutes away from downtown. I would definitely come back to stay here again.

Great first AirBnB experience

Kim's house was fantastic! It's less than 10 minutes to downtown Asheville and very accessible right off the highway. The house comfortably sleeps 6 and the renovations are very tastefully done and give the house a comfortable and "homey" feel. 5 stars...and we'll definitely be staying here again!

My husband and I were traveling into town for a wedding and this was a great spot to spend the weekend. Easy drive to downtown (very quick to get on the highway), quiet neighborhood, and gorgeous views of the mountain from the bedroom with a fabulous little "outdoor patio" through the window! The house was very neat, even with some homemade granola to welcome us! We tried one of the "house top 10" for brunch, and it didn't disappoint. We can't wait for a reason to go back!

Jessica made me feel very welcome - upon arrival there were freshly made muffins and a guide of Asheville along with her favorite spots picked out. The neighborhood was great, as soon as I pulled up a neighbor said hello and told me to come on over if I needed anything. The view from both the living room as well as the outdoor roof/patio were a perfect way to take in Asheville. There are neat activities with 2 miles of the place - river kayaking, a disc golf course, and a bar right on the water (Bywater). Uber is also available in Asheville, and a $10 ride from any part of town. The actual space is neat, clean, and very well taken care-of. Will stay again when visiting Asheville!

The view was absolutely amazing - as promised! The neighborhood was easily accessible to downtown and very quiet. Jessica provided great guides to the city and made us feel right at home.

We had such a great stay at Jess' place! So sweet of her to leave a nice loaf of banana bread for us and some cold beers in the fridge upon our arrival. The views were great and the space was as described! Very bright and comfy. Just a quick drive to lots of great sites. We visited several they left on their top 10 list and they did not disappoint. Great location close to downtown Asheville. Great views too! Very cozy and quick Uber rides everywhere. The host had everything laid out for us and the Netflix on the Apple TV was great too! Highly recommend.

Jessica was wonderful to talk to and the place was perfect. Uber was never far and $8-11 on average to most breweries. The back had an amazing view, there was plenty of room for four guys with the little time we were in doors, and it had that home feel that you don't often get in traveling. Also, the bathtub was huge. We debated putting on our swim trunks and turning on the jets. Don't worry. Level heads prevailed. Would gladly book here again.

We loved John and Jess's house! It was very comfortable and the views were indeed wonderful. We felt totally at home there and had everything we needed. The space sleeps 4 comfortably as well -- my parents came up for a night and stayed with my wife and I (as well as our 5 month old baby) and we all enjoyed ourselves in the space. Me and my boyfriend are from Charlotte and wanted a relaxing getaway in Asheville. Dustin was very friendly, accommodating and welcoming! It felt like we were staying with a friend for the weekend. Dustin's house is very cute and clean. He provided everything we needed for a nice weekend away! Not only that but his Asheville recommendations were on point! We would most definitely stay here again.

Dustin's place was great. It's very close to the city but secluded at the same time with excellent mountain views. His suggestions for places to go are super affordable and spot on! This was exactly what we were looking for, which was a quiet place to stay and relax after a long weekend of camping. The house was fairly close to downtown, but far enough away to be private and peaceful. Despite not being present for our stay, Dustin was accommodating and friendly in our communication. We spent most our time in Asheville, but a comfy bed and the mountain air was welcome after all of the hiking and walking around.

This place was perfect. Super quiet, Dustin was very communicative and helpful. And I have slept in over 100 beds this year alone, and this one was my favorite by far. I contemplated taking it back with me! Thanks for everything.

Beautiful and Close to Downtown - Victor and Lydia communicated well. Their house is lovely and within walking distance to downtown and several great restaurants that were even closer. We had our own entry door which was great. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot. Just a note-there are two bathrooms and two rental rooms upstairs. However the bathrooms are separate from the rooms. Bring a robe for nocturnal bathroom visits if both rooms are rented! This was an excellent value and a great experience for our first AirB&B rental. I would highly recommend staying with Victor and Lydia and would do so again.

This was our first trip to Asheville and wanted a place that was pet friendly with a fenced in yard. Boy did we hit the jackpot with Le Petite Bleu! The house was absolutely perfect for my husband and I plus our 2 large dogs (lab mix & Australian Shepard mix). Cozy, eclectic and very close to downtown Asheville. The attention to detail was a very nice touch....from bath robes, chocolate, bottle of wine, coffee, tea, etc. The communication with Robert & Sally was excellent and we were even able to extend our stay by one night right before we arrived. We enjoyed our stay at Le Petite Bleu and Asheville so much that we will be returning next spring!

We really enjoyed our stay at le petit blue. Great location 2 miles form downtown Asheville. Very cozy inside and decorated well to match the Parisian theme of the house. We had a very relaxing weekend and enjoyed our stay here. It also was a plus that we could bring our small dog.

We enjoyed our stay at Le Petit Bleu. The amenities were amazing--great coffee, all the condiments you'd want, even some beer! It has recently been substantially renovated, and was tastefully done. The king size beds were very comfortable. We used the laundry room (big, with a window) to house our 2 year old grandson in his pack-n-play and it worked out great. It's close to downtown, near a somewhat industrial area, and was perfect for our group of 4 adults and one child.

If you are looking for a very welcome and comfortable stay in an adorable cottage, then this place is for you. The yard was very accommodating for our dogs too! A good time was had by all!

Michael was a very helpful and charming host and my wife and I spent two very comfortable nights at his home which is in a quiet residential area. The accomodation is well equipped including kitchen and laundry facilities. We did have some sat nav issues so guests need to follow Michael's directions exactly to avoid problems getting to the property. We are happy to recommend this host to others.

As a first time Airbnb user, Michael and Crystal's accommodations set a very high bar! With each step entering, you are reassured by each meticulously prepared detail that the decision to stay here is a great one. From the convenience of location to downtown Asheville and surrounding areas to the cleanliness and openness of the rental space, little was left to be desired. Both the king sized bed and sleeper are extremely comfortable and the in room Climate control allows one to adjust to their preference and keep a cool, relaxing sleep environment. Among many surprises, even an iron and ironing board is provided, along with coffee and wifi. Would definitely return and hope future Airbnbs can come close to the standard set by Michael and Crystal this past weekend!

Awesome location and great bang for your buck! Tucked away with beautiful nature trails only a 5 minute walk from your front door with a private entrance. Mike and Susan were great hosts! Not only was the apartment cozy but it was extremely convenient. 10 minutes from all of the places we wanted to get explore in the city and only about 40 minutes from some great hiking. The views in the morning were unforgettable, the fire pit was so romantic, and the bed was ridiculously comfortable! Everything was what I expected and more and they event give you a detailed list of restaurants/activities/hikes to check out around town. A wonderful stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Woodfin apartment with a view! The pictures do not give the view justice. You literally wake up and walk outside to a mountain view that is breath-taking. We were extremely close to downtown Asheville and only a 50 minute drive to Skinny Dip Falls in Blude Ridge Mountains. You are also close to Biltmore and Biltmore Village. We loved being able to quickly drive everywhere, but also enjoyed being a bit secluded and loved our view. The apartment is very spacious with an open kitchen and living room, and a very clean bathroom. We also enjoyed waking up and looking out the bedroom window to the mountain view. I was skeptical about using air bnb, because I had never done so before. After my perfect experience this past weekend, I plan to use it all of the time. Also, Mike was always available and would respond at any time. Once we booked, he also sent us a huge list full of things to do while in the area. I highly recommend enjoying a glass of wine at sunset on the back porch, it was the highlight of our trip. I already miss our little weekend vacation!

Mike's basement apartment is only underground on one side and the other has many windows and the private entrance opens to patio with views of the hills surrounding Asheville. Downtown is a quick five minute drive and it's easy to get to everything. The bed and couch are comfortable and there's a nice tv and kitchen. Also a fuseball table.

The place was great! Felt very private and secluded, but was also really close to downtown and all of the great places Asheville has to offer! A great view in the back to enjoy while sitting by the fire pit. Mike was great! He was quick to respond to any question I had. The aparatmemt was also equipped with a bunch of small thoughtful items to make our stay even that much better. Overall, the experience was great! I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic time celebrating our Anniversary in Asheville! Mike is an excellent communicator and provided recommendations for places to eat, drink and hike! Their apartment is just as described and the back patio is such a welcome retreat with amazing views! It's so close to Downtown, just a quick and easy Uber ride away! We would definitely come back again!

I had the pleasure of spending the week at the basement apt with a view and loved it! Clean, stylish, quiet cul de sac, convenient to downtown Ashville without accessing interstate and most importantly ......THE VIEW and outdoor space. Deck lights & fire pit perfect in the evening. Nearby Beaver Lake for scenic walking. Great location for all of Ashville and surrounding sights with easy access to interstate at bottom of the hill. Owner and son attentive making sure I was comfortable, available if needed and kind. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to return some day.

What a charming place! A very nice size with a full kitchen and comfortable living room. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in away from home. Everything you need for two people. Plus, a perfect spot to bring your dog.

We had a very nice stay at this newly renovated, spacious apartment in north Asheville. The location is indeed minutes from downtown in a very pleasant neighborhood. Everything is nice and new, all amenities are included. The hosts were extremely gracious and welcoming. I would recommend this for family gatherings (up to 8)
