Welcome to our home! We built a private studio apartment for you to enjoy! Just 10 minutes from downtown. This stunning property is surrounded by trees, wildlife & sounds from the FB River. We live in the house upstairs and my in-laws live in the other apartment down below. Although your stay will be private, we are here to help if need be, but respect your space and solitude. Please note- there are NO shared air vents in this space. Unit has it’s own A/C, heat. *We had no damage from Helene*

Asheville - Blue Ridge Parkway Getaway

Located just ten minutes from downtown Asheville, the River Arts district and 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Biltmore Estate entrance. We offer a nice one bedroom full apartment ( full size kitchen, full bath, bedroom and living room) with a pullout queen sofa bed. We live in a quite neighborhood. The apartment is part of a duplex. Also It is a good rental for visiting business professionals. We offer free WiFi and TV with Fire Stick, Hulu Live, Netflix and some local stations.

Power & Water Available! Enjoy a tranquil stay near the river in this lovely vacation home by the French Broad River. Take a 10 minute stroll to the Riverside Park to have a scenic walk and take photos by the river. Then head to downtown and eat at the restaurants or drink at the breweries that Asheville is famous for. It's only a 10 minute drive away. This house has a fiber connection and is suitable for multiple people to do remote work, gaming, and streaming. We are also solar powered!
