There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

The space is a warm and cozy modern apartment with an access deck overlooking a serene wooded area frequented by bears, groundhogs, foxes, turkeys, and who knows what other wildlings. We are fewer than five minutes from just about everything including Biltmore Village and downtown Asheville. Inside you find a beautiful and inviting queen bed, spacious bathroom, and plenty of natural light. There is a long descending pathway with stone steps--please see the pictures in our profile.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The space is a one bedroom apartment. There is a blow up mattress and a large sofa if you need. The space has a full kitchen with new appliances. The front porch is perfect to let your pet wonder. It is able to be fenced in. Perfect also if you have a little one. The space comes with apple tv, which will allow you to stream any service you may have. We have included netflix and prime video, so you have something to watch. :)

Located just ten minutes from downtown Asheville, the River Arts district and 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Biltmore Estate entrance. We offer a nice one bedroom full apartment ( full size kitchen, full bath, bedroom and living room) with a pullout queen sofa bed. We live in a quite neighborhood. The apartment is part of a duplex.
