Susannes accommodation was very cozy, the processed wood, as well as the beautiful softwood furniture radiate a great warmth. The house is well, surrounded by a lot of nature and nevertheless you are fast on the highway. And last but not least, Susanne is a very warm hostess!

The hosts are very nice and take time for excursions. The apartment is very cozy and very quiet. From the balcony you have a great view into the mountains. We felt very comfortable and gladly again!

Clean and neat apartment, with everything you need in the house! Big and spacious, overall awesome stay!

We stayed for one night at Walburgis's flat. It is a basement flat with everything you need. A large bathroom/wc area and sauna. There is a double bed and I slept on the sofa, which was very comfortable. Walburgis was very helpful and a lovely lady. I would certainly recommend her.

We arrived very late (almost midnight) and we didn't know that the following day was a religious holiday so the shops were shut. Walburgis very great as she gave us bread, jam, butter and cheese to help us survive. She also loaned us 5 walking books which allowed us to explore the wonderful countryside around us. The apartment is very well set up with a large bathroom and full body shower. There is even a sauna! Very nice place.

Nice apartment and complete, perfect for 3 people. The landlady was very kind, gave us great tips on what to see (time required) to where to eat and how to move to economic and comfortable manner without using a car.

We enjoyed our one night stay with walburgis. The apartment was easy to find, quiet, clean, lots of natural light and overall just a very pleasant place to be. Walburgis has set up the apartment so that it's ideal for airbnb. She has recommendation for restaurants and things to do, and is very helpful with any questions you have.

Very clean and nice place! Easy access by car (not good for those without), quiet neighbourhood and a lovely green terrace that we couldn't enjoy as it was raining. The bed is big enough, good shower and a small kitchen is there to use. Thank you to Walburgis for hosting us.

An apartment of the bargain with everything equipped for every need, we were very good and the place is very quiet. A few kilometers convenient station for the ideal surface railroad to visit Monaco or to stroll in the many surrounding pedestrian or cycle paths, surrounded by nature and boschi.Ho have known the lady for a few minutes but once it is clear his kindness and availability despite nosta difficulty with languages, gave the useful (URL HIDDEN) we were to recommend for those visiting Monaco a point and provided comfortable support, but in the midst of tranquility and nature .. this is the place.

The room was very nice, clean and well arranged. We stopped there on the way to Apls. Initially, we were supposed to be there around 21, but weather conditions delayed our arrival. Finally we got there at 23. We could not use our phones to let the host know that we will be late (battery died). When we arrived and rang the bell, the host jumped at us shouting that we woke her up and that we were late. This was all true due to the circumstances, but the way the host greeted us was unbelievably rude and unpleasant. This is why I would not recommend this place and will definitely never come back.

Walburgis is zaubrefhaft warm hostess. It leads the Rental warm yet very professional. On arrival they took a long time to tell me a lot and we also have some waffling personally. It is thought of everything: from small things like the color of the towels up enough outlets in the room. The house is well maintained and the room spacious for work. One can not stay there without a tight occurs all day. The view of the garden is wonderful.

We were welcomed in to the gorgeous house amidst a cold thunderstorm! We chose this s location as we wanted to be at Munich airport car rental return by 9.30am and with our host's advice allowed 1.5 hours to get there. Good advice. We were three adults and though we had only booked one room were given another for my daughter which we really appreciated. Everything was spotlessly clean and super comfortable. It was a show home in a peaceful location and there was a "Dinzler" eatery a few kms away for a great choice of meals. Top class stay.

Very beautiful modern house. Host Tania very welcoming and helpful. She is printed a lot of maps with direction of parking, attraction and way around Munich. They even left complementary small bottle of vine, coffee and tea. I had some problem with stomach before we get there, Tania really try to help me, even make gas water on her machine for me. Very comfortable bed and nice modern shower with lot of towels. Place around 35 min to Munich, 1 h. to Salzburg and 2 h. to very famous Neuschwanstein Castle. We visit all this places, even October Fast. It is on the country side of Alps and very charming. We really enjoy stay and will recommend Jens home.

Great stay when you travel to South of Europe. Big room(s) and very clean. And king size bed (good for tall people) kids can play outside or you can take a evening walk.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Bad Tolz! The location is perfect, very convenient to the main area of town (Marktstrasse) and the Isar River. A wonderful, peaceful neighborhood with nearby shops, bakery, and restaurants. The accommodations are lovely, the room is spacious and very comfortable, the bath is clean and bright, the small kitchen is perfect for snacks, sandwiches, cereal, coffee, or a great beer or glass of wine. Most importantly, the hosts are kind, friendly people who made me feel so much at home. Marlies makes the room cozy and charming and was always there for anything I needed. I stayed with a family and it made my stay very special. I just returned home and I miss my little flat and my new friends so much! I will definitely return and I am so grateful to Marlies. Not only did she provide a spotlessly clean (and!) cozy flat, she offered just the personalized attention we needed: maps, transportation cards, books, and even rice cakes/chamomile tea/ and a lavender bath soak when I was violently ill the first three days! Marlies is one of the best airbnb's host I have ever met! She was really kind and helpful before, as well as, during our stay in Bad Tölz and she was more than willing to minutely guide us and give us advices for excursions in the broader area of Bavaria. The house, although it is small, it is so cosy, comfortable and warm that you totally forget the size! It is centrally located (5 minutes on foot from the historical center) and the area is really nice and quiet. Bad Tölz, in general, is a convenient location to stay in for being able to visit the beautiful places of Bavaria. Although Marlies and her husband also stayed at their place ( we stayed at their beautiful attic), we were completely independent and we felt like home. We will definitely go back ! Our stay with Marlies was very nice. She is very kind and caring, smart person .. Hospitality services were very nice.. we enjoyed our stay, but one might face issues because of height constraint. There is no water facility in kitchen. But overall the experience was refreshing and with Marlie being there it was a comfortable stay.

Claudia's place is as advertise, cute guesthouse in a very nice suburb of Munich, 5 min walk to a S-Bahn station. Claudia also provided my girlfriend and I with bikes which was ideal since there is a beautiful bike path nearby that goes directly to Munich (about 45 min). I would definitely stay here again.

Claudia was a great host! Our plane was delayed so we arrived late, we were pretty hungry, but everything in the area was closed. Claudia and her husband barbecued up some sausages and duck for us, it was delicious and much appreciated. Just be careful of the front door, it locks automatically so if you step out for a cigarette, take the key with you or leave the door open haha.

Very nice and considerate couples and clean nice place to sleep in the living room; However, the sleeping place for road goes out, and it was very noisy. Because of the heat I had to leave the window open. Unpleasant me was that the bathroom door broken and was hard closable. Also, I had booked elsewhere single room because it was busy, I was there relayed. I was glad for the roost, but will not come back. Value for money I found too expensive.

The room is large indeed although located in deep basement with no access to sunlight. Landlady (contrary to advert here) spoke reasonable English and we were able to communicate well enough in that language. There are some curiosities as to house rules (apparently being very quiet and keeping to oneself poses a problem) but all went OK overall. Good budget choice in the area.
