At the moment there is a construction site behind the house, so there may be construction noise. The construction site is expected to end in the fall of 2023.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter plot in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Enclosed from all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of the world“. In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There's always a nice spot.

The 500-year-old house has been completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historic details that can be found in the entire apartment and feel completely comfortable in the lovingly furnished apartment.
