Leisure activities such as cycling, hiking, climbing, canoeing and swimming are possible in the village or the surrounding area. Close to three restaurants in the village, a wine tavern about 2 km away, and several wineries and cellars with the possibility of wine tasting in the immediate vicinity. Freeway connection about 4 km, train station about 5 km, bus stop about 5 min.

The apartment is suitable as a starting point to explore the attractive offer in the "Weinsüden" [wine south] or to visit "Europe's best amusement park" Tripsdrill and the wildlife paradise. Business stays in the greater Ludwigsburg or Heilbronn area are also possible due to the good transport connections.

Our farm is idyllically surrounded by vineyards and fields; nevertheless, you can quickly get to town or a restaurant. 5 minutes away by car is the amusement park Tripsdrill. The apartment includes a bedroom with double bed, a comfortable sofa bed & sleeps 4 people. (+ travel cot if required). There is also an outdoor area with patio, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Bicycles can be parked and charged in the lockable bicycle garage.

HIKE 🥾 Direkt vor der Haustür loswandern. Hier am Niedernberg führen viele Wanderrouten entlang. BIKE🚴‍♀️ Direkt vor der Haustür losradeln. Ganz nahe am Enzradweg und dem Neckartalradweg gelegen. Dein E- Bike kannst du bequem in der Garage aufladen, auch eine kleine Werkstatt mit Fahrradreparaturständer ist vorhanden. WEIN🍇 Direkt am Fuße des Weinberges gelegen können zu Fuß die verschiedensten Events erreicht werden .

Das gesamte Haus wurde im 1. Halbjahr 2019 saniert und die einzelnen Apartments individuell und mit viel Kreativität und Passion für Sie eingerichtet, so dass Sie sich hoffentlich wohl fühlen werden. Das Apartment verfügt über eine Schlafempore und einen kleinen Balkon (2m x 2m). Ein Schlafsofa steht zur Verfügung, sollten Sie nicht in luftiger Höhe schlafen wollen. The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
