Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer 120 Jahre alten Backstein-Remise. Sie hat freien Blick nach Süden ins Havelland. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, Terrasse und eigenem Garten. Im ersten Stock das Schlafzimmer, ein Balkon mit Panoramablick und das Badezimmer mit einladender Dusche. Fläche (ohne Aussenanlagen): 40qm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das anliegende Loft (45 qm) kann dazu gemietet werden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen unterkommen.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay at this special accommodation. Right on the Havel, you are surrounded by waterfowl and water lilies. Relaxing tranquillity and a jump from the houseboat straight into the water. You can eat, chill out and read on the lower terrace. The upper terrace is perfect for sunbathing and watching the sunset. The houseboat is moored in a natural harbour protected by an uninhabited island. Trips only after instruction with a skipper (€150)

Vacation home with garden

Welcome to my small but very cozy and stylishly furnished vacation home in our village of approx. 300-inhabitant village of Ketzür in the state of Brandenburg. Ketzür is located on the north shore of Lake Beetzsee and has its own child-friendly beach. Nature lovers can hike through the beautiful countryside here, for example, to the crane observatory or also by bike on the Storchenradweg [Stork Cycling Trail]. A locked bicycle garage is available to my guests.

Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.
