The construction corresponds to a small bungalow (28 sqm). In the area there is free public parking, in front of the studio there are 2 electric charging stations. Direct parking location, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, disinfecting the surfaces. Check in/out via lockbox.

The houseboat is firmly located in the home port of Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. You do not need a boat license because the houseboat cannot be moved.

There is also a table + 2 chairs as well as enough storage space for clothing. The fully equipped kitchen, as well as the modern and lovingly decorated bathroom, are shared with us, the hosts.
