Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). Beautiful 2-room apartment in a house over 400 years old, for those who do not fear crooked walls and stairs. The house is centrally located in Steinenberg, right next to the old village church. Not far from Schorndorf, we are part of the local transport of Stuttgart. The apartment on the second floor impresses with a great bathroom, a beautiful modern fitted kitchen and the exposed beams in the rooms. We are happy to help you plan (romantic weekend, excursion destinations, ...).

Unusual living in a cozy garden house

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Quiet apartment in the attic

Our almost 30 m² apartment is located in a quiet side street on the edge of the forest in Lorch Waldhausen. The rooms are partly completely renovated (April 2025) see pictures. Parking is available for free on the side of the road. Ideal connection also by public transport, e.g. (VVS) Stuttgart, Schorndorf or also to Schwäbisch Gmünd in half an hour. The region is also recommended for hiking or cycling, among other things. The geographic center is located in the village.
