Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Our Scandinavian house is right on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this cottage is an ideal place to relax. In the house there is one bedroom with double bed, one kitchen-living room with pull-out couch and one bathroom with shower. The wonderful Baltic Sea beach is well accessible by bicycle.
