Traumhaftes Reetdachhaus mit direktem Blick auf das Achterwasser, sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

The country house on the Achtwasser is a real luxury vacation home: The exclusive thatched half-timbered house in ecological clay construction with idyllic water views is located in the middle of the Usedom Nature Park. The interior shows attention to detail and is not only cozy, but also comfortable and practical. The house is ideal for groups of up to 12 people and families with children. On the property, there is also a large sauna for up to 8 people with great garden views.

Wortshaus: Illustration & apartment with sauna

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Waldvilla holiday home by the Baltic Sea for 9 people

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

Creative vacation

The cultural house, built in the 1950s, is idyllically located in the middle of Steinfurth, on the Ochsenkoppel. Ten years ago, we fell in love with the house, bought it and renovated it. This resulted in 2 vacation apartments for guests. The hall of the cultural center is used as a studio. The house also lives as a cultural site. In addition to a regular painting and drawing course, there are exhibitions, concerts, readings, workshops and festivals.

Die Wohnung ist direkt am Peenemünder Hafen auf Usedom. Zum Ostsee-Strand sind es 10 min mit dem Auto. Aber auch in Peenemünde gibt es auf der Halbinsel die Peenestrom-Badestelle. Die Wohnung hat Kamin (Holz muss jedoch mitgebracht werden) sowie eine Infrarotkabine. Bettwäsche ist vor Ort. Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
